You can change the default paper size on your printer, depending on your printer model you can change these settings from the Embedded Web Server, instructions here: support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2029438-1929621-16
I dont want to send emails everytime , instead want to add it as a printer in system. So when I print a word doc I can just print by selecting this printer and it should get done. How do I set that up
I had that it only worked for about a year and then they shut it down the web services are not available on my printer anymore they want you to buy a new printer there is no support number or any type of support for HP printer I tried everything I was not able to call HP or get any type of help

Hey, This happens. ePrint is a slow service. For me, it takes from 2 minutes to 15 minutes for the email to get printed. I know this is a problem, but this is all on HP, and the only help I can give is HP support. Please check this link: support.hp.com/id-en/document/c03601466. It covers some basic troubleshooting steps used for diagnosing ePrint. Hope this helps. Please reply to this comment if you need more help.

HP ePrint works for me excepted it asked to print on 4x6, Where do I changed the default paper for ePrint?

@@vivek_support84 The default paper for the printer is set to letter and worked properly. But if I send a file to eprint it asked for 4x6 photo paper.

What happens when you try?
You could also try using the embedded web server of the printer and going to the "Web Services" page there.
