There are many videos in tamil explaining in detail. Look for intel i3/i5 11th gen or newer amd ryzen 5 5000+ and GPU RTX 2060 or RX 6600 equivalent to play games in mid settings and video editing

1. Good performance and nearly 6 hours power backup and good service - Asus vivobook pro 15 creator with Ryzen 5 5600H and RTX 2050 - price 55K or with RTX 3050 is 67K
2. Not really focus on power backup need more performance - HP Victus with Ryzen 5 5600H with RTX 3050 - price 60K
3. Need more course count - Lenovo IdeaPad Gamming 3 with Ryzen 7 6800H and RTX 3050
But don't forget to buy with 16GB Ram because these processors are using dual channel memory so if you want to upgrade the ram you can put another 16GB ram total 32GB if you need in future
