Henry’s mind was extremely impressionable, and even in 1528 when he was in the thick of trying to get an annulment, he said that if he had to choose again, and the marriage was good, he would’ve chosen Catherine again.
*Yeah I personally love Alison Weir's book...the only thing I didn't like about Anne Boleyn's novel is that she and her brother are portrayed by the writer as the poisoners and murderers of Catherine of Aragon when Henry VIII's first wife actually died of heart cancer for natural issues ☹*
*King Henry VIII Tudor was really stupid...he should have married Elizabeth Blount as a second wife since she had already given him a son and left Mary Boleyn and especially Anne Boleyn alone!!! 🙄😒🤦♀🤦♂🤦*
