I got him too and yes, he's pretty good, you can spam super attacks with him as a leader, and one thing to be noted, Bardock will seal your opponent's super attack when he gets to do his, which is awesome.

Best time to summon is around 9 AM EDT on Mondays. For the past three weeks I did one summon at that time and got SSR SSGSS Goku TEQ, SSR Vegito, and SSR SSJ Goku STR (family kamehameha).

if you do a friend multi summon and then do a regular summon and then do a regular multi summon you get an ssr

If you do a multi social pull thingy without it going super sayian, and then do a multi pull with stones it's meant to give better odds for ssr
