This is a very sad story. No one should loose their life like this! Please drive carefully! And...Isn't Dekalb County one of the worst offenders of constitutional rights in the country? Could the DUI charge be trumped up as retaliation for a mistake?

I heard they were trying to pass a law( forgot what state) that in case like these the driver who caused death had to make him/her self responsible and pay the children support . Again, not sure of all the details involved but I heard it being talked about
