    I finally tried the spoon with skepticism but it actually works! After 16 months and 3 podiatrists why do they not know about or recommend this technique? Needless suffering, wasted time, and lots of wasted money really pisses me off!! Thanks!

    oh WOW... I was having heel pain for several months and I was not able to walk without shoes on. When I watched this yesterday I really did not think I would have any relief. I did these exercises last night using the spoon and the massages. I could not believe that this morning most of my pain was gone. I will continue these exercises and I am hoping my feet will feel better each day. Thank you sooooooooooooooo much.

      I will try that also. I have big problem with my heel. Doctor said I have plantar fasciitis. And it's been 8 months already. I definitely will try this one.

    I work long hours on my feet. I tried soaking my feet, elevating my feet, taking Aleve and gel insoles, but nothing seemed to work. It got so bad, I would go to sleep and wake up with pain. One hour into my shift and they would already be throbbing. I tried these exercises and it was like instant relief! My feet can breath! They're still a bit tender, but 10000% better than they were before. I'm going to keep doing these exercises, thank you so much!

      I’m 11 years old, almost 12 and I just got this throbbing pain one night. I have been noticing it for the past few days and it’s gone some worse do soccer and I may need a new set of shoes because they are quite small on me, but I don’t know if that’s 100% the problem. I’ll surely be trying these exercises now.

    Let me tell you something, my foot and heel pain this morning was on 10!!! I could barely walk. I stumbled across this video and figured I would try a few of the exercises. Right away I felt relief. The massaging, the twist stretching and rolling my foot along a bottle with my body weight really made a huge difference after 5 minutes. I had gone to the foot doctor got a cortisol shot, he taped my foot up and all of that but it was still hurting. Save your money people. Your body is made to heal itself. It's just a matter of knowledge of what to do. Thank you so much for this video. I am going to continue to do these exercises so that my foot is healed when I go on vacation in December.

    I almost became disabled from heel pain and can only walk around for around 30 minutes with padded slippers. Also suicidal from imagining a life I couldn't walk again. I came to so many hospitals but came back with the same problem :< The spoon thing made the pain disappeared, I felt so emotional like someone saved my future, thank you so much wish you all the best with your career 🎉

    You are a life saver! I have bilateral Plantar fasciitis and arthritis and I have tried orthotics shoes, inserts, and other stretching exercises but none works like what you have in this video. I did the stretches again yesterday and my pain is 95% gone. I'm now an avid subscriber! Thank you!

    THANK YOU GOD JESUS Christ And THE HOLY GHOST. I got up one morning. My heel was hurting so bad. I couldn’t even walk. I was thinking about what wheelchair I was going to buy. I had no health insurance no money. I look at another video on RUclips. It works but the pain came right back. I did your video and all the pain has almost went away.     I fell off the scaffolding on my heel. I injured my heel at work, it didn't swell or turn black, so I didn't go to the doctor. However, for 3 weeks, I felt pain in my heel when I walk, when I sit, and I didn't feel it until I watched this video. I immediately took a natural oil made from a combination of sunflower and lily and I used the first method with the kettlebell and I can tell you that I feel much better, thank you for existing, you should be given an Oscar and I will continue with this exercise with the kettlebell until the pain completely disappears.

    Honestly, I have no words how to describe. I had really bad ache on my heels but I will callthis MAGIC SPOON EXERCISE which really really helped me sooooo much. Today is my 3rd day continously and I have started to walk smoothly without limping, climbing stairs without pain. Thanku so much doctor God bless 🙌 and thanks for sharing this magic spoon EXERCISE.     I've been trying everything for my PF for about 6 weeks I've been in constant paint. I've tried every stretch and exercise and sock or splint, nothing helped till I finally came across your video specifically the metatarsal stretch.     I have had ridiculous foot pain for over 20 yrs. It started with plantar fasciitis and now my feet just ache severely by the end of the day. I can not believe what a difference this had made for my foot pain!! The crackling I heard when doing this was unreal. I also started doing calf and foot stretches as well.     Just wanted to thank you for his video. For weeks I wasn’t able to walk without pain on my left heel. On Friday night the pain was unbearable. It’s Sunday morning and my heel has improved 95% thank you so much and God bless 🙏🏻

      @@DrRowe Hi.I tried the spoon and oil treatment and it was awesome! Immediate and lasting relief for days. I am a runner and have been off for 10 days. 1) How often do you recommend the treatment with oil and spoon? Everyday ? On alternate days?
      2) At what time of the day is it useful to perform the treatment? Morning, Evening before bedtime? Sorry for my English. I'm italian. Thanks and congratulations.

      I would space the spoon treatment at least 48 hours apart. As for timing, doesn't matter. Do it when you feel you need it the most :)

    Hi Dr Rowe, thanks so much for this video; the tips & advice you give are invaluable! I have had heel pain for about 4 yrs now on and off. I was seeing a podiatrist who diagnosed me as having plantar fasciitis. I did several injections into my feet and then the shock treatment thing several times (out of pocket 💸) but after 3 of those treatments the pain went away for a couple yrs (only had normal foot pain after walking alot or a long days work on my feet)
    A couple of months ago the heel pains came back and I went back to a different podiatrist bc the original podiatrist doesn't take my insurance anymore. This podiatrist did xrays and said I have 2 heel spurs & plantar fasciitis on both feet. Right away he recommended i buy custom orthotics for myself and he did injections over 3 visits... still pain so I gave in and got the custom made orthotics for my shoes which was $500.. then he said I needed to wear this brace boot for a week on the foot that hurts the most.. then he said I need to do this laser treatment to help that foot's pain so now with this podiatrist I'm more than $1000 out and still have alot of heel pain on both feet but I don't dare say the other one hurts as much bc he'll charge me more 💸...he's already saying with the one foot I need to do 5 more laser treatments which is $500 more to probably notice the majority of the pain to reduce 🥴😩 Long story to say I came across this video yesterday morning so I listened to it as I got ready for work and thought I need to give it a try. This morning I did the spoon exercise on both feet and I could feel the pain lessing. I got up to walk after and alot on the pain has lessened!! Thank GOD!!! And thank you for sharing!!
    Question for you Dr Rowe: how many times a day do you recommend to do this? And do you recommend to do all the exercises you shared or no? I do the the frozen water bottle message daily and I will continue to do the spoon message. Thank you again for sharing!! Happy Independence day 🇺🇸 watching you from South Florida

      The muscle scraping can be done every 72 hours or until there's no more soreness in the area, the exercises can be done daily.

      yeah, stop massaging and rolling the fascia, that's not where the problem actually is. Check instead for calf tightness and glute mid weakness.

    The spoon is magic💗 I’ve got all kinds of gua sha rollers but hands down, the spoon is the winner. Even without foot cramps/pain, I’ll use it for this kinda foot massage and it just feels amazing..like a spa visit💗 Another awesome vid tu add to faves...ty for great content!👍🏻

    Been suffering from heel pain for 2 months now. Thought it was just a bruised heel and not plantar fasciitis because it's only the heel that hurts not the arch area also, but doctor says it's PF for sure. Out of all the videos I've watched this is by far the best. Very clear and doable instructions. Definitely going to give this a try!

    Ooh, I did a long hike today in barefoot boots and had sharp back-of-the-heel pain a few hours later in one heel. I did these exercises and the pain has disappeared. Thank you so much.

    Great tips and many thanks for the super advice. I got great relief using your spoon to work my heal. I have watched so many videos on plantar fasciitis and the spoon method has helped me the most. The pain relied is so instant, after using the spoon method, the pain vanishes to the extent I am expecting, the pain but none occurs. If this is temporary, or not, I am grateful...............................

    In 2014 I had ligament surgery in my foot. I slipped the other day but caught myself from falling. I have very bad heel pain. This video help reset the ligament and the heel pain went away, Thank you very much I do this video every day.

    Doc, thank you for this, you don’t know how you change lives by doing this. I came from an achilles tendon tear and in rehab, but my problem is a terrible heel pain, I found your amazing videos, I tried the stretches and my heel pain is gone, I cannot thank you enough 😭 God bless you!!! 🙏

    These worked, so I did them a second time and unfortunately broke my baby toe while putting my fingers through my toes. I'm over the broken toe and doing more exercises for various aches and pains and I'm back here because after a few weeks of nursing the broken toe back to health, my plantar fasciitis and heel spur is hurting again. I'll avoid the one with the fingers through the toes - don't trust myself. But the other techniques really helped the very first time I used them. Amazing.

    After watching this video i realized how badly i neglected my footcare. I recently retire as a nurse from one of the busiest City hospitals, where one needed to be on your feet. I uded to comfort my feet in lukewarm salt water and rub it with heel restoring cream. Mu heels was always painful. From today i will share yjis video amongst my colleagues friends and family.
    Tell me dr is the diet not important eg too much acid.

    I helped my husband with these exercises and once passed his laughing so deeply due to the spoon rubbing on his foot ha it was a miracle he is amazed that his pain is gone he is able to put pressure on his heel after 8 months of pain. Magic! I helped him with all the exercises you suggested. We will continue these daily as needed thank you

    It worked. I was able to crack my foot. Sometimes I would have pain on the top of my foot. After watching the video and massaging the foot it loosened the foot up and I was able to "pop" it in several places. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and skills with us.

    U sir are a game changer! U have taken my treatment and maintenance for pf to the next level. I’m an icu nurse and have been for the last decade. Love it but 12 hour shifts on cement floors really can take a toll. Few floor nurses last past a decade and move onto other nursing jobs outside major hospital settings. So many leave because of the toll the job takes out on our bodies. But I truly love what i do and I would like to be the decider of my fate- not the pain from pf, and my lil ones need me in tip top shape too! Keep em coming my friend and thank u for doing what u do.

    Great video, I was using a splint with fair results but adding the ball work was just what I needed. The calf strengthening work is really needed and will be an area of focus.

    OH MY! It WORKED! I have had to pretty much not run at all because of my heel pain (I have had this pain for about a year on and off)...I was losing sleep and was limping around all the time. I watched other videos...nothing. I watched this video and I feel like a new person today...I can't thank you enough. I don't want to stop running and so I will do all the things you say to do and repeat to continue to have good heel health. Honestly thank you so so much!

      @@DrRowe Hi.I tried the spoon and oil treatment and it was awesome! Immediate and lasting relief for days. I am a runner and have been off for 10 days. 1) How often do you recommend the treatment with oil and spoon? Everyday ? On alternate days?
