They absolutely do, tried these at a friends house and holy crap did they do the trick. For a couple of weeks I had been dealing with physical symptoms of stress. Fast heart rate, dizziness. Just over all feeling like death. Man did these gummies work to mellow me out. At first I did feel so relaxed that honestly I felt like sleeping so in my opinion they will help with sleep but didn’t make me feel drowsy or anything. Why are the gummies really dry sometimes? I notice when I buy some of them, the entire bottle is dry-they aren’t sticky as usual. Is this bad?
