A lot of people are saying this sound bar sounds like trash, but maybe they didn't set it up correctly. At first, I didn't and it did sound a little trash, but then I plugged everything in properly on my monitor and it started sounding really good, and I'd say it's worth the money. It's basically : A sleek looking RGB bar with good sound and bass. Only con I can see is sometimes I have to turn on my monitor on and off for it to turn on, but otherwise it's great!
A sound bar with RGB lights? Save some women for the rest of us!

I own this piece of shit.
Muddy audio. Distorts easily. Shallow, compressed sound over all.
Do not buy.
UPDATE: Just returned to Amazon. So glad they allow returns. Learned my lesson. Bought HK Soundsticks. Pricey but FANTASTIC sound.

I've seen this same exact comment on several videos regarding this speaker. I get that the sound very well may be "muddy" as you say, it's not an expensive sound bar as we all know. I just can't understand your hate for it so much and your effort to make sure everyone knows how much you hate it. You returned it to buy HK Soundsticks. You would THINK that someone who once bought a sound bar for $42, that they would very much understand that a $42 speaker is NOT going to sound that amazing, especially when you turned around and purchased something hitting or going above that $200+ mark. To spend that much on speakers, you would really think that someone would have the common knowledge that $42 isn't going to get you that much quality for a sound bar. Glad that you got your hands on something else that you enjoy, but the almost 5 star rating with the more than 3K people that have reviewed it, they all seemed to understand that you get what you pay for, and it sounds good for the price it is. Stop being so angry over you very big difference in speakers that YOU chose to buy, lol.
I'm not having either of these problems, it's actually working pretty well for me it's way worth the price and beyond. I don't see the muddy audio you speak of, it's all clear and good. Bass is a big thing with this one too, I really think you got a defective one. Maybe I had that distortion problem sometime before but all I did to fix it was plugging the speaker into my monitor instead of my PC, because that was the reason it was distorting, works great now.

I tried out this speaker bar. Sounds like ass. there is no bass to it. I love the look and size and controls, but if it doesn't sound good, I have to let people know.
I own this speaker, and the bass is actually one of the best things for me... Maybe it was a little distorted for you? At first when I tried it, I plugged it in wrong and it sounded a little trash and had no bass at all, as soon as I plugged it in correctly it started working wonderfully, bass and all. It actually sounds pretty good in my opinion for the price.
what do you mean you plugged it in correctly? where did you connect it to give the bass?
