That plug to nowhere is the immobilizer diagnostic connector.

You can really feel the difference. I'm not a drag racer. So, Not trying to split hairs. But, I gutted the stock cat out. So, I really needed the autotune, to make sure my a/f were on the money.

    Alex,
I already did one on the 12V socket. I can't post a link here. But do a search in youtube for " Cheap Motorcycle Cell Phone mount "

The place for the ground you mentioned "for the power commander" is not a good place. Your better off screwing it on the cover screws. Cause my would only work sometimes. Switched it and work 100% from that day on

I have a tutorial with pics on zx14ninjaforums for a similar install. Pics are out until I get a chance to update them.

Underseat is a nice place safer from water. I had my AutoTune and PC5 under there for years. Recently brought them up front behind the ram air tubes right below the speedo and tac. I got the Ignition Module and there was not enough room for all of the DJ stuff along with the nitrous stuff I'm putting under the seat.
My install was same as yours but my O2 bung is facing the LH side so my sensor wire and PC5 wire both were routed on the left. I was able to fit the PC5 from the connectors to under the seat by sliding it between the rear engine mount and the frame on the RH side. It just fits. IDK how you got those connectors to go through that spot. I drew power and grounded to the license plate light plug. I just crimped on some small contacts and plugged it in. Stock rear fender is removed so that connector was open. I crimped my LED tag light and the Autotune wires together and connected in there. I made a big coil with the extra AutoTune wire and put it under the ECU rather than cut it shorter. Glad to know about that terminator plug back there though. Great idea!
