This is more than just helpful…this is life changing!!! I’m sharing with the many people in my life who struggle so badly with trauma rooted anxiety and chronic perceived unpleasant sensations. You are a BLESSING good doctor!!
Hi, thank you for speaking on this. I have saved this video. I plan to listen to it again. 24/7 Hypervigilance and the physical symptoms are exhausting to manage. Thanks again.
I’ve been with low back pain for three years and just learned about BS /TMS a year ago… and I’ve learned to avoid, among other things, picking stuff off the floor. Yesterday, I decided to start trying to pick things off the floor but first visualising myself doing it easily. I dropped my glove in a cafe. So I took a minute to picture myself picking up the glove (feeling very scared/anxious as I did this) and when I opened my eyes, an employee passed by my table and picked up my glove for me 🤦🏻♀️😂 I breathed a sigh of relief I was so scared, because I know pain will spike for the rest of the day if I have to pick up something off the floor. It’s so scary to start and stay consistent!
Jaw and face pain that became neurological.. my mental health has taken a nose dive and anxiety and pain are now connected. I know I have so much fear. 😢
I also suffer with this and it’s excruciating it also effects my teeth, I stopped doing yoga and travelling very far in the car as it makes it worse urgh it’s so hard to resume when you know it’s going to be overwhelming
What would you recommend about extreme noise sensitivity, had a major stress in the summer and my noise and screen sensitivity has gone very intense. Thank you.
Yes that’s sensitization. Gradually and steadily expose yourself to these things while telling yourself they’re fine. Reduce any existing stress as that will help lower sensitivity
155 USD is simply too much for me in my country, I would have even trouble to pay for that if it was quarterly.. But I like the free content on this YT channel
Yes they are $50 for the month if you want them outside of an individual session or monthly group sessions. You can go to my website to learn more. www.thepainpt.com/
Faith vs. Fear. Fear is like praying for what you don’t want 😊❤
So true

Relax and Breathe..and Do it 😊❤
This is 💯 true! Thank you for this helpful and encouraging discussion. Like Sarno said, resume normal activity and the pain will eventually leave.

Start doing the things you fear and the death of fear is certain!
Thank you very much my friend. This has been a game changer.

I see this a lot this is something you’re going to have to face to get over

What about long covid ? Do you think it’s the same ? Thanks should I just do things even if symptoms are very high? Thanks
Yes once the Covid has passed or it’s well beyond the normal healing timeframe of Covid or any virus
What do you think of tms treatment for repressed anger and nervous system dysfunction due to cptsd?
Now, is it possible that I am not consciously aware of being anxious to move but still get high reactions?
Yes anxiety originates from the unconscious can be conscious as well. Also sensitization is from the unconscious
Can't get out of heavy heads dizziness / woozy heads for well over a year maybe since boosters
It could easily be the brain causing this since been awhile. If so this approach applies
Dose this also work for health anxiety?
Does
Yes absolutely. Health anxiety is one of the biggest causes of these somatic symptoms
Would this apply to food sensitivities that aren't allergies?
Yes absolutely
Hi Jim… I was getting your daily emails but not anymore. What’s going on? Thanks.
You have to sign up for a session with him that month to get the audios, or pay for that month separately through his site 🙏🏻

Please address real neurotoxins and avoidance. Specifically neurotoxins in ambient air that physically get into the brain.
