It's beautiful! I understand that green doesn't go well with everything, but I love green. It's my favorite color. This execution is just eye candy for me.
One thing I never see anyone talk about is that there are two links in the bracelet that have springs in them that allow the bracelet to stretch slightly for comfort. At least this is the case for my Aerospace GMT and I'm almost certain it's the same case for this watch. The first link on each side of the clasp (assuming they haven't been removed) have the spring loaded flex. The center portion of the link can stretch relative to the outer portions of the link which I think makes the bracelet more comfortable than your average bracelet without quick adjust.
Man, that should be its USP! The first time I encountered a simple 'glide-lock' clasp I thought it was a game changer! I'd never been able to make a bracelet fit so well. And I have to take the watch off to use it. I know that many have improved on that concept, but I didn't know about this. Vintage Rivet bracelets once had a bit of stretch engineered into them... With the improvements in our CNC tech and other component manufacturing, I'm surprised that it's not more prevalent tbh.
Great content Teddy! After seeing the "watermelon" Sea Wolf, I have been a fan of theirs ever since. Glad to see them continuing with great color waves and great to see them on your store too!
It’s a fun watch teddy!! White on the bezel and white on the dial merge! Something which is weird but still interesting from a design perspective! This appeals me , not just another “look at me cuz I am different watch” some serious thought in design and play with those neon colours!! 👍👍 good job teddy on covering this timepiece !
Unfortunately this watch was sold out on your website, but because of this review I was able to finally pick and purchase a sub 2k GMT in a color way I have been looking for! Thanks Teddy!
Very striking looking watch. I wish you had more Zodiac watches on you website. I am looking at buying the zodiac stainless steel sea wolf, ZO9206, for my next watch.
would love a sea wolf, but not heard anything positive about the build / finishing in this price point. would love to hear from owners particularly of the standard non gmt versions
I just picked up a super seawolf white dial and bezel no date. it's a very sharp watch, it's a vintage remake so the case design is simple, but the brushing is done nicely, as well as the applied indices and lume. That being said I got a great deal on it, and since it has arrived I can't stop wearing it, it's a strap monster. I don't like the crown it's too narrow. Love this watch.
Zodiac deserves a better success. Even in the nineties, Tag Heuer thousands series was all the rage, Zodiac under the same holding then was overshadowed, priced cheaper yet still not as popular, though design DNA was similar to Tag Heuer.
Teddy .. do a review of the GS SBGN series 9F quartz gmt !! Especially the 003! I recently bought it and it’s a stunning time piece !!! Most value for a timepiece in the market right now! Your main audience of the channel is young watch enthusiasts! They will love you reviewing this timepiece!! I feel you should introduce your audience to world of GS refinement through a semi-affordable high quality luxury watch with highly engineered and decorated quartz movement!
I saw a 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 good upload on the importance of correct pronunciation of brand names in reviews/discussions. It pointed out all the obvious ways that an otherwise very knowledgeable individual can undermine his/her own credibility via mispronunciation and also perpetuate the the error throughput the hobby. The main topic of discussion was about how the vast majority of those who do mis-pronounce 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 the correct pronunciation but don't want to come off as (what we Australians call) a 'wanker'! I disagree. I can pronounce Longines in a few ways; both being technically correct but only one making me sound pompous... Does that make sense?
Actually the name came from its original owner name, Jehan-Jacques Blancpain. Since he was Swiss, the correct pronunciation for his name would be closer to this one : (blɑ̃pɛ̃) ruclips.net/video/VtJlDvInpO4/видео.html But I agree that since most people know it by the pronunciation you stated, it might be easier to use in a real world situation. ;)
There’s a new EMG that looks very similar to this and comes in other colors too if anyone is looking for something similar at an affordable price point that is still quality
There was FYI no quartz crisis in the 60ies - it was a 70ies thing. And it wasn't actully a purely technological crisis, macro economics played a substantial role as the Swiss franc soared creating a huge sales crisis for most if not all Swiss brands. Zodiac was going strong way into the 70ies but was set back by the industry wide crisis towards the end of the decade forcing the owning family to sell (to Zenith as it happened). The 80ies was not a good decade for Zodiac in terms of commercial succes or designs for that matter - the SeaWolf model range for instance was discontinued. The brand was designwise resurrected following a sale in the 1990ies and the SeaWolf re-introduced, but as you mention Zodiac never regained its position as leading mid-size brand.
@@SwissWatchGang That neon looks fantastic, tropical, ideal for the beach, holidays, summer, ... Did you check mental health?, maybe an urban sick lifestyle with no contact with nature is causing your problems.
@@japd7897 So in slang "sick" is an adjective describing something that is cool or excellent. To describe something being sick is to give a compliment. In case you missunderstood me.
Did it come out the box misaligned? I bought a super seawolf and it lines up perfectly, although when I moved it I thought it didn't line up, but I just over rotated, it's dead on....
I have been wanting to see a Super Seawolf in person for quite some time. I finally pulled the trigger sight unseen on this Neon Lime, (keeping with the soda theme, some refer to as "Sprite") This is one VERY attractive watch in person. I love this case shape (very similar to my my favorite piece the Sinn 206) only critique being the size and shape of the crown next to the size of the bezel, while being beautiful to the eye, makes it awkward to adjust. most of the texture surface of the crown is up against the case, leaving the shiny dome where you expect it to be most tactile. but this also makes for a nice feel for skinny guys like me who can get a nasty wear mark if the crown is too abrasive.
I like Zodiac watches because they have a style all their own. Even if the watch didn’t say Zodiac on it, you would still know it was a Zodiac.
The color way is not for everyone, but this is just fun.
Great summer watch!!.
I wish you would continue in the future with closed captions as I am 90% deaf but follow you vids.
If you click CC on vid it should add this for you
For sure Zodiac isn't afraid to dare about dial's color! I like this thing.
It's beautiful! I understand that green doesn't go well with everything, but I love green. It's my favorite color. This execution is just eye candy for me.
I was just thinking about this piece, looks striking.

If I win the 3 watches under 1600 contest… this is what I’ll choose for sure. 👍
I don’t know why but I really like this
We need watches like these to keep us young 😁
Beautiful videography ! Well done to the team for the quality of this one.
Appreciate the slower narration pace Teddy, good to see you're responding to feedback.

Cool choice of color! if I had endless money, why not :D
Wished more watch companies would have the balls to do differing colors like zodiac. Or like g shock, lol.....
I've never considered this colour scheme, though it looks oh so lovely
Fresh watch perfect for summer holidays. Excellent video, keep up the good work TB.

I liked it so much..
Beautiful, love the 70s vibes
I do like the sea wolf and super sea wolf. The green is awesome in depth with the crystal bezel. My favorite Zodiac is the Jetomatic.

Honestly didn't like it until I saw it on wrist. Really cool watch. I have a Seawolf and I love it.
they're making great rubber dinghies too to go with the diver.

I like the Gulf blue and orange one, but good luck trying to find one for sale.
Definetly a brothel diver, love it.

This is super slick. Would really go in for this if I wasn't saving for a seamaster
Great info, clear and extensive. Thank you.

This Super Sea Wolf is a killer watch!
The minute hand and (maybe) the second hand could be longer
Definitely. It's a major design flaw for me.
just stop
Great summer/beach/holiday watch.
Looks good, need quick adjust clasp
Great looking watch - thanks for the detailed review 🙏😎
Does no one recall that ETA was forced to limit their sales to third party watch makers by a Swiss court for being too successful?
Love this! Do they do the same colour scheme but using orange?

do zodiac makes more models of the same colours? i guess i had seen them in your website may be confused
This is a good looking watch!
Did I see a quick release on the strap?
Eye catching piece...
Zodiac is releasing best colourways recently.
Would like to see this on some straps.
This is kinda cool, would love to see a watermelon version...
Zodiac is better than Rolex
I know this is an odd Grail but I think I just found one
being the symbol for the zodiac killer is kinda the unique selling point as well lol
It's also the Celtic Cross and White Pride symbol.
...and a possible brand ambassador? 🤔

hi teddy ! 1 question, what kind of material they use on the white and green bezel ? it looks like glass !
Mineral glass
Zodiac are ᗯᗩY cool.
'nuff said.
zelos horizons 2 gmt vs zodiac seawolf gmt, which is better?
That watch s tight like a tiger.
Modelo de GMT que adquiere imagen de dress watch / sport
Zodiac is best know for the Zodiac Killer signing with the Zodiac logo
Not really I had no clue about that until after I learned about Zodiac the brand.
Love this one. BTW, I was un-subbed from the channel for some reason. Doesn’t really make sense as you are not a controversial channel.
Too bad they only come in 40mm, bit too small for my 7 3/4-8" wrist
Gmt or diver? Different I guess.

attractive watch but the too short gmt hand is impractical.
Bought one before, the bezel just has too much play. And it doesnt align correctly.
Did it come out the box misaligned? I bought a super seawolf and it lines up perfectly, although when I moved it I thought it didn't line up, but I just over rotated, it's dead on....

Would you give a negative review of a watch you are selling? Should there be an advertisement banner on this video?
I think you should always see the positives of watches. He has knocked some watches before
Bracelet doesn’t match the watch
$1,800 for a Zodiac though.

The GMT typeface 👎🏻
For a young guy you have old looking hands.
How can you give a non-bias opinion when you’re selling the brand, I think I have to stop watching your channel.
Hard pass
Wow, that is an ugly watch.
