I like the way Zodiac has used this colourway with the bezel insert colour matching the GMT hand. I also like the mineral (but I agree sapphire would have been a much preferred material choice) as it adds depth and form to the bezel. It may not be a true GMT but I still like it. Once again terrific production with another video Teddy.
I own many vintage Zodiac watches and love them. I think they are overlooked by so many. Some of them are a bit to far out there for me but many are great watches.
I am warming to the unique presentation the Zodiac brand. Thank you, Teddy. Can you please do a deep dive into the Longines Avigation Big Eye at some point? Again, thank you.
Great time piece to add into the collection since is an under rating brand like Teddy mentioned, also that white dial with the combination of the red GMT bezel make that time piece unique. Thank you Teddy for always give such knowledgeable history and especification on every time piece you presented.
Great review. Thank you Teddy! Incredible value for money imo. A gorgeous 200m water resistent GMT with an independently adjustable GMT hand, a "world time bezel" and hacking seconds at a case size of 39mm with a nice bracelet including a micro adjustable clasp listed at $1795 by a brand with an impressive legacy... What more is there to ask for at this price point? I prefer the blue one though!
Not for me. It looks cheap against its price. My Aragon 42mm has ceramic bezel insert with the same brush finish on the case for just around US$200 only.
Of course if you buy a microbrand watch with Seiko movement you often get better specs. That's nothing new. You can take 80% of all swiss brands and say exactly what you said. But then I had this Zodiac in hands and spent some time with it. Maybe it's price is a bit too high but it seriously is comparable if not above most swiss GMT's for around $1500. And you can't seriously compare this pricerange to a $200 microbrand watch.
I believe it will be a nice time piece to add into the collection since it be an under rating brand like Teddy mentioned. Thank you Teddy for such a great resource on the time piece.
About time! Singapore getting their due on a GMT

Yeah Bigeye would be great. And the Longines 1832 Moonphase
Wow, just an amazing and functional piece.

I love Zodiac brand, great history and great watch 👍👍👍
I like Teddys macros. Can see clearly some dirt at 5'🙈Also interesting that the logo isnt applied as usual
Whoa. I like this watch!
Full turtle neck, huh? The watch wasn’t the only thing putting out a 70’s vibe.
wassup teddy!!! 😎✌️
i dont like the low contrast between dial/hands…. they should be dark blue
Great video, nice watch
Wow, I thought Zodiac was a modern "micro brand". Did not know it went back to the 50's.
Try the 1880's it was only in the 50's when they released their dive watches
this watch needs a more nicer bracelet
24 click bezel? Aren't dive-watches were supposed to have 60, or 120 click to satisfy ISO standards?
This is a gmt watch primarily

Gorgeous, but the plastic ring they use in their movement is so disappointing, looks like a Chinese replica.
