I’m so grateful for this videos, I’ve spent the summer watching them, at first it was very frustrating because I wasn’t able to feel some emotions. But yesterday, I surprised myself while practicing in my room, I was in that scene and I was able to feel all of the emotions my character was feeling. I hope someday I’ll met you, and tell you how grateful I am. I really want to become an actress.

It's not rocket science. People have mirror neurons, they match what they see. If you see someone in pain, then you feel that persons pain, if you see someone happy, then you feel their happiness. To evoke emotion in other people then you need to feel the emotion you want to evoke. Acting isn't pretending to feel emotions, it's acting as if the scene is real and the emotions you experience should be real. It's not hard to get angry or sad or happy - all those emotions are just under the surface anyway, just bring focus to them.
