Thankyou :)

I bet most of the blender beginners started with THE donut. I selected a course which required blender skills in college and the tutor told me nearly everyone submitted a donut to him 😂
i started with a planet tutorial :D
@@bapples1233 I started by doing a bunch of random stuff to learn the system. My first real attempt at anything was making a 3d character model... It was a struggle!
@@PixelSageYT yeah modelling sounds hard
@@bapples1233 I did make a video on all the stuff I ended up doing in the first month. And to learn to make a character it really only took me ~2 weeks after I knew how to use blender. Still a lot of issues with it, but it was cool.
@@PixelSageYT i wanna learn how to make low poly rooms next, it sounds really interesting and I can compare my imagination to my skills
As someone who is just now trying to get into Blender, this is blowing me away. The stuff you have done is incredible! I’m sure my first year of blender will not look this good 😅 but it is incredibly inspiring.
this is just crazy 🔥 especially the amount of work you were able to do in a year with such an amazing quality . Excited to see more stuff from you.
The whole Blender community is proud of you my bro that's an achievment
You are progressing so damn fast, I am impressed and motivated af
The video itself is also created very nicely. Loving the audio syncing to different projects
thank you so much for not gatekeeping how you learned and improved so fast like a lot of other people do 😭 super inspiring and impressive !!
You have my biggest respect. Not only because you grinded hard learning this, also how creative you are (loved the idea of showcasing all posts in one render), and LITERALLY REVEALING HOW YOU LEARNED IT IN THE DESCRIPTION!!! Like who does that.
Great!
To believe you started from the donut tutorial is so amazing. Love this
Just Wow! It's so hopeful for someone like me to watch how in such a little time you mastered creating all this. Also, I see that you begin with crossmind studio 7 day tutorials which I am also doing right now so I gives me confidence that I'm in the right direction. Thank you for making this video and boosting confidence of budding content creator like me.
The gallery animation with all your work is sooooo cool
Jan 13 is so good reusing your old renders to give the scene more life, good progression bro 👍
waaaaaaaah!!! im so envious and inspired at the same timeeee! I love everythingggg esp in your internships. So proud of youuu!
Thank you :)
wow just wow
You are super skilled even the old ones are pretty pleasing, good job
So bloody creative and a wonderful progression. Only 5 months in myself. I love these videos...gives me inspiration to crack on.
Same 12 day still not done yet with donut 🍩 - Video like these keep me motivated & away from slacking off 👍
@Silver Wings lol im in my third day doing donut right now... now i feel the pressure to actually finish it by tomorrow even though 8 vids are still to do :P
@@zapolem i was done with starting 7 video in 2 day but after that ( in Geometry node it often collapse - i mean it often mis work or sometimes close down - or just completely different results Although everything is correct i got restart them app & it back to how it should be )
I have made 15 donut till 10 video ⭐
& Everytime I re made them there some issue waiting to happen.
It will be easy ones you get hang of it & personally my skillset aside my laptop seem to be a problem as well - it,s pretty old model.
Anyway you be fine after a while 👍
@@silverwings8486 Ayo I'm glad u finished ur donut and didn't stop at it ! 😁
Well I'm doing my donut on a Steam Deck so cycles renderer takes a lot of time, but no problems with evee.
I'm lucky since I didnt need to redo my donut but I guess it's because I played around with blender long ago at version 2.7
Since u were so nice I thought I might share some experiences as well 😉
After Introduction to evee the layout and many other things got renamed and changed or deleted and I was just getting the hang out of it so it made me burn out and had a long break.
BORING STUFF !
Also some 3D artist said you need to being able to draw to get better at 3D Modeling. Don't you dare listen to that!. If u're like me and just really suck at drawing no matter how long u draw, you might burn out from trying too hard and too long because now you're out of track from 3D to 2D. Sure if you're good at it then its better. But realize when 3D Modeling you are getting to know how something is built and how it behaves as well, so I am going to be so bold as to say by doing 3D Art you are getting better in Art overall. So when u try drawing something u modelled hundred of times it will become pretty doable at some point. Long story short, don't worry about your drawing skills too much :)
BORING STUFF !
BUt now let's friccing GO!
To anyone reading this, sometimes breaks are good but the longer your break the harder it gets to come back. 💪
Okay gotta go watch uncle frome another world lol
Sorry for making it so long and obvious that's why I don't have friends lol 😅
@@zapolem I can,t agree more 👍 - the more delight you are the more smooth sailing your ride will be ☕
And ya i have read uncle from another world it,s pretty interesting ( Orc San )
I have a drawing experience while i don,t say i am too good at it i can draw anime character with ease ( not colouring just draw ) & ya 2 prize winner 🏆 in inter school competition in clay modeling ( the competition was merge high & low 4 - 8 class but i still mange to sneak 2 position
From me seniors )
So i find sculpting the most easiest step so far.
(:And i have no prior experience in blender eg 2.8 or anything & am completely new but i have gimp & Figma ( Designing ~Mainly used by me to design website ~ ) experience.
I am mostly interested in building 3D environment primarily historical/fantasy Japanese/Chinese theme.
Since i kind of find that art elegant & sophisticated.
& Ya just done with my 12 video yesterday.( So while i haven't completed my donut 🍩 entirely but i am done with design, texture & animation )
Learning Gimp was of big help( Although it might co relate but that help me in texture department ( overlay/ multiply ) .
& Ease of picking my style
Still trying to get the last one done within 3 day 👍
I gonna start grantabit video after donut 🍩
Since donut video is good overall but it laggy progress for no experience.
Granta bit will be great for beginners to lv up skill at individual levels & blender guru & etc at dynamic lv. 🌅
It pretty fun experience it all honesty 👍
But requires patience & deligence ⭐
Hope you done with your 🍩 as well 🌅
And have a breakthrough soon 👍
I was planning to spend a whole year learning blender, this video is a beautiful example for me to compare my progress.
good luck man and don't compare stuff sometimes it hurts
How's your learning going man?
@@jontysb seems like he maybe quitted sadly only a days in for me and successfully did a really cool donut pretty my blender crashed right at the middle of the work and I had to restart everything but was able to do it from memory and logic without the tutorial and it felt so good and rewarding 3D is awesome
@@itslenis3395 Keep it up man, you'll make it. I myself have been learning for the past 2 months, my particular interest is Hard surface modelling. Though i bought the course of Blender Bros and have been learning from it since. Till then a Blockchain Indie game studio has hired me for designing of game assets.
@@jontysb that’s so cool is the blender bros course really helping you a lot ?
THATS QUITE IMPRESSIVCE BRAHH

i am blown away by the art gallery sequence!! really amazing!
Amazing man! I've just started to use Blender for 3 days now and I'm following Blender Guru with his beginners Donut tutorial! Hope I can be amazing as you one day!
Very nice work! Congrats! 😊
Loved the exhibition display.

Wow.. this video what I need to continue learning blender

Wow, this is literally beautiful and inspiring. I just started a few days ago and its really awesome to see how far you went.
Dam you worked hard that year, well done!
❤️Great Progression bro
That was very fun. Thank you!
This is awesome and inspiring! I did quit Blender Guru's donut video after video 9, but going to start again and not give up!
Woooow! Nice Renders, perfect animations and cool cuts!
I swear, if I didn’t know that this was a video about your progress in blender, I would’ve thought some of these were real photos/videos.
That eva with kite is so cute
i'm happy to see this!
Yooo, that was insane. Really great work from you! Keep up the grind. Seeing your 3D work displayed in an exhibition impressed me the most, as others have said.... Pure art, but also seeing the improved room/setup of you was amazing. Greetings from Germany
Amazing designs brother. I really appreciate your hard work and skills in this journey. It is now motivating me to learn blender even more from now❤❤
Thanks for the video bro

Thank you!
This rly so cool man
Nice works!
Wow, impressive!!! Looks so real!!🤯
Lot of hours inverted to do that🥵
Congratulations on your progress!!!💪🏻🔥🔥
I started with the donut 🍩 and coffee cup ☕️ tutorial with Blender Guru on November 20, 2022. Almost 1 week editing and and I haven't finished it yet😅. Obviously i didn’t use 3D software to make edits never before, so im new on this 2D, 3D world and this stuff things. But i like it🙌🏻
cool, keep it up!
Keep doing it bro, it is really inspiring for me to watch your progress, it motivates me to learn more about 3d modeling and animation
I hate myself for not finishing my projects. i also started blender a year ago and the only finished project was the donut. I had plans for a retrowave animation and once i finished modeling the car i just droped it.
I took 3 months break when I lost interest in 3D, after a few months got some interest then I started again.
You can see my Airplane animation on my Channel, I started that a year ago but I fished it recently.
It is ok to take a break, you can finish your projects later but try to do something with 3D regularly.
@@BhagathGoudOfficial i started in 3d in 2018, but i always put it aside after some weeks, right now i'm making the environmet course (the same that you did from Rob Tuytel) and i'm almost trowing it up again :(
@@Henrique-uk5pn because it is too slow.
I didn't complete the full course.
people: look what i learned in just a few months! i started from making a hammer and now a full blown architectural masterpiece!
me after 3 years: *omg bevelled block*
Its always good to see Indian blender artists...cheers man..awesome.
Damn feel like I'm back in Sam o' Nella academy
truly inspiring! thanks for sharing ur progress
Awesome ❤work man…. keep it up
bro went from making a donut to making earth 💀💀💀💀
You did great my guy
What is reality nowadays - The waterfall scene is amazing
Now that's what we call a portfolio!
woow this is boom!
You're really hard working bro, your progress is just amazing, blender is really hard and as a totally nontech person and the hardware resources plus I've no time, I really can't give the necessary time so I don't think I'll ever be able to do even one percent of yours but yeah I'll watch everything, 🙇♀️
Fantastic!!!
amazing work
That mean you start with the same tutorials which I m taking now...btw awsome skills
Great!
Im also learning Blender its been 7 months and now to reach my 1 year i plan to make a short animated movie of 5-6 minutes.
That's incredible
this is too amazing
I'll come back here next year to compare my portfolio.
time to work
Excellent work Brother. Thanks to cross mind studio
This is amazing! Good job
Great Work bro!!!
My laptop going explode
i just started the 3d environments course with Erik Selin, can’t wait to see how I’ll progress
Thank you
Hardwork speaks❣️👋👋
so nice!
loved it dude ❤❤❤❤
Amazing 🤩🤩🤩🤩
it's incredible bro, don't take this as set back or remark but u need to work on UV texture, lighting and camera aperture.... there is depth in landscape shots but some of them needed that depth too.. like 6:03 like those mountains look crystal clear that it's hard to tell if it's far away or just a cut out.
I made that for a company bro
He gave the reference to me and told me to achieve that style and I did it.
The ruin and the grass + the farmhouse, i am currently doing that course too!
which course is it??
3D Environments by Rob Tuytel
in coding "Hello world" is the starting point
in 3D "Donut" is the starting point
Brilliant and inspiring. Thank you.
Awesome work man…. I love it it’s really original !! Thousand and millions of likes for him
I like people who document things....
If you give something time you should always love it and respect it as it is exclusive in this world. No other work is like it.... I did this to my JEE PREPARATION.... i kept everything also the empty pens
spectacular!
this is amazing .
idk why this video excites me 😂😂
