Yes, Stephen Ward, Senior Drum Major of the Coldstream Guards ... without doubt the most immaculate and professional Drum Major the Guards Division have ever had ... this guy is a legend with his personal drill and superb words of command ... no other Guards Drum Major has ever been anywhere close to his unbelievable standard.
I only did one troop 1987 with the Scots guards and got out in 1990 in Germany but always watch the Queens birthday parade. Sad to say the standard has slipped over the years with the lowering of the height restrictions the diminishing number of guards on parade but I'm still proud to say I've been there and do that.
I saw the trooping of yours here in RUclips.. and before the 90s era, I would say the standards of discipline, drill, and postures of the guards were immaculate.. very different post the 2000s era

@@patriot4786 it was in my unbiased opinion.🤣🤣
@@kevinadamson5768 your opinion is true
Yes but the potheads today think its great they werent around in 1980s when Guards were good at this parade.
The parade was so much more spectacular until 1992. Just 150 more troops and there can be 8 Guards again.

How come your uploading stuff that's already been uploaded? I'm a bit confused
There are other examples of some but not all of these. But DavyFlute's are better quality and for this I'm very grateful.
Apologies for the confusion. I didn't mean to duplicate anything.
Yes these are great. Please keep them coming! I’m very grateful for all these uploads!
