I have tried to recreate the Inheritance animation, yet after adding State B to inheritance and keying from 0 to 100%, and checking Morph Motion Object, there is still no animation at all. Why am I running into this problem? I went step by step and even created multiple projects to try this out and none of them are animating to inherit my object. Please help!

Robyn is explaining it very well. If you mean the 2D-HUD-Elements those are done totally in After Effects parented to the Nulls from Cinema.
