Ok fair but usually when a character doesn't have a confirmed gender it means their gender is up for interpretation, like to me Ruko's always been a boy but to my friend they're a girl, and using characters like hime and mikoto, to me they're both girls, to my friend Hime's female and Mikoto's male, to my other friend Hime's male and Mikoto's female, to another friend they're both non-binary. It's all up for interpretation

I found Tis out while doing the fnaf bad apple mimic challenge, literally mimic the robots voices as much as u can naturally, singing along with foxy is when I realized I had such a wide vocal range cause damn focus voice is deep in most of the fnaf versions of bad apple (I did the Drawkill fnaf badapple song when I found out Lol)

There is no such thing called a "Female Hermaphrodite". Hermaphrodites have sex organs attributed to both male and female sexes so therefor they can't be one or the other! In humans, hermaphrodites are still born as male or female because males do not have the full set of the female reproduction system and the females do not have a full set of the male reproduction system. As far as I know, the girls usually have the male part removed so they can live as normal girls, and the males usually do not find out they are hermaphrodites for years because they usually only have the ovaries and usually have them removed. If there was an individual that had a full functioning set of both reproduction systems then they could be both male and female, but I have never heard of that ever happening. Since Ruko is a fictional character, I suppose the laws of nature do not apply so Ruko can be both male and female, but for the most part I think Ruko is seen as female, despite what it says on Ruko's UTAU wiki page.
