Actually, I find this to be one of the best summaries of Greece I've seen so far. Very down to earth, realistic view without the usual marketing hype. Thank you!
@@GlobalLocals I would appreciate very much if you cover more about Visa, apartment rents and how to use ATM machine in greece for foreigner ( I am canadian). Thanks and have a wonderful time in Greece!!!!
@@fab3762 I will certainly take notes of your questions and once I gather more and find someone to take another Greece interview I’ll make sure to ask them these!
more questions than answers. How high are the taxes? What are the requirements for a resident visa? How long can you stay as a tourist? How much does it cost to get the visa? How long does it take? What about crime?
Sounds like I’ll need to do a second Greece interview! Thank you for the great questions. I will add them to the next interview for sure. If I find out the answers, they will be posted here!
Thanks!! Wonder where I could secific advice for an American retiree with an income of about $3500 per month (some savings, plus enough from sale of my Florida home to buy a modest house and land). Prefer rural vs urban whcih is likely a barrier for someone without the language. In my late 60s. Single (widower). Immigrated from Germany when very young but speak only US-English.
I would reach out to Steve via his website! He will probably have sound advice. Check for the link to his site in the video description. Of course feel free to let me know here if this doesn’t work and I’ll look for another solution for you.
Fixed the sound. Hope you guys enjoy this interview as much as I did.
