I’m yes I use morning and night but I’ll suggest you add a body oil if you feel it’s too light
Especially for this coming season

Medix 55 is better in terms of lightening brightening n an anti aging it firms the skin very well, just that it's pricy now. Dr teals glows but can't be compared to medix 55, medix is way above its league

I didn’t use it on my face but the lotion is really light weight so I think it’s probably fine

Using Aveeno currently but my skin is not even....a lot of people are recommending Dr teals for me
They are both great but dr teals is a good option to even put your skin

I disagree with u wen u say CeraVe moisturizing cream had 24 hours moisture. I used it for at least 3 months ND it damaged my skin. No moisture at allll. D worse cream av Eva used

Hi, I don’t advice you use it on your face because it has citrus in it which makes your skin sensitive to sun light especially if you’re not using sunscreen
