Peppo's longsword runs are just how every LS main sees themselves in their head
Gore Magala condemened by the affliction. All the monsters it ever ruined with Frenzy be like: "How do you like it, huh? *How do you like it?!"*
Qurio and Frenzy are completely different things
He means being affected by a strange thing that drives the monsters into madness
@@athos9293 Yes. The Frenzy is a virus spread by Magalas, and Qurio are parasitic flying leech-like creatures. There's the difference.
The virus the Qurio spread, referred to as the Anomaly or Afflictions, and the Frenzy? There's the similarity.
He will turn into a risen shagaru so he won't die.
@@avaman1993 yeah so basically if a gore magala is afflicted and survives to become shagaru it becomes a huge threat to all life
This and the new mizu LS are easily my new favorites. The fire/poison combo is so damn sick even if it may not be the strongest. Nice run
The Flaming Espinas LS may as well be the best Fire LS if you use it with the skills that synergize with status, including the new one

@@MatheusMarti If you compare Flaming Espinas LS with Foray as its now a deco vs Rathalos with nothing else. Espinas’s LS would have 5 more raw and 30% more affinity

The way of playing serene pose with harvest moon makes you do greatsword numbers. Good run peppo!

I haven't played rise in a long time but i find it interesting how LS turned from a free flowing combo machine into a slow and methodical counter weapon.

You get infinite spirit gauge inside of harvest moon
255 per hit on the helm breaker. Dereliction moment. Not to mention the generous head hit zone of 65. Properly utilizing dereliction and harvest moon are two very difficult things, great job dude!

Are you ever gonna do like a compilation videos of your trail and errors? There’s no way runs are always perfect this way. Just like earlier I was doing a regular HR Rajang hunt and got humbled real quick when I got too cocky.

Nah you def earned a sub, he’s a man of his words. But you’re way more patient than me my switch would’ve been bent in half after some of those deaths cuz hit boxes are still way too inconsistent

Could someone explain why 0:44 the foresight seems to work as normal (spirit gauge spent, not recovered since counter doesn’t connect) while 1:03 performing FS did not change the gauge at all? Thanks in advance.
Foresight Slash didnt spend spirit gauge because Peppo used it while he was inside Harvest Moon. When you are inside the Harvest Moon's circle, you have infinite spirit gauge.
What layered armor pieces are you using? u look dope as hell
That gore magala was a paid actor
Kinda wish the new weapons had a little more raw. This may be less severe for LS, but with SnS, barely any of the new weapons save for maybe the Lucent Narga one are worth using because there's always a base game option for the same element with better raw and comparable element and sharpness and since your strongest hit doesn't actually deal elemental damage, the raw is all the more important.
The Flaming Espinas at least has a gimmick with the poison, but I just don't get the Purple Mizutsune one, it just seems like it's a bit worse.
Though that's a general issue with the game. Base affinity isn't a good trade for raw anymore, so weapons like the Barioth or Shagaru stuff just end up on the wayside because it's easier to optimize weapons with higher raw as long as they don't have negative affinity.

Yeah it's the alternative to round slash if you go to your skill setup. I forget it's name
It's called "Spirit Dividing Slash" and can be performed after a successful Iai Spirit Slash, a Serene Pose or a Spirit Blade II
Edit: You need to have the Switch Skill "Spirit Reckoning Combo" on the second slot.

It indicates the level of the afflicted monster. The higher the level, the more damage and and HP the afflicted monster has
