Did you try and see if you needed to update it though geforce experience cause that might help or reinstall the driver using geforce experience

Why I dont have Nvidia Control panel all I have is Graphic Properties and Graphic option of Intel
Then you don't have Nvidia! It's an actual piece of hardware baked into a chip with a gpu.

search up the name of your pc or laptop for example i have a ideapad s340 so i searched up "dedicated driver for lenovo Ideapad S340" and it should show up

Whenever i do stuff on my laptop i can see in the task manager that the intel hd gpu is mainly used, and not my dedicated one.
Playing games is fine, but Windows is overall lagish when doing ordinary stuff(animations feel weird)
I've installed the latest drivers and still, this problem persists.

i dont get it..I had my pc for like 2 years now, and then i buyed a ps4 to play some exclusives, so i stopped playing on pc for a month and a half and when i came back the pc was all fucked up, switching on and off when i pressed the power button. So i go there and change the ram slot. Then i think finally its working. However the Nvidia GPU was not detected, i noticed it when i went to play Witcher 3 and the game was fucking laggy as fuck. So i go check on dxdiag and i see its using Intel HD graphics...fuck i dont know what to do
