Uh, this kids, is why you use sodium+iris instead of optifine. I saw an average of 200-400 fps without shaders in this vid, meanwhile the sodium+iris videos averaged around 800-1000 fps with no shaders.

dude you need to undervolt the cpu. CPU temperature drops by about 19 degrees. (if your motherboard is suitable for undervolt)
I'm using a stock cooler which isn't great. I have a Be quiet Pure Rock 2 that I'll be installing soon
You should have killed the villagers with a command at once to see if it would lag

I gotta try sodium since optifine kinda isn't updated after 1.21 for some reason.
Can you make with Sodium 16 Chunk 1.19?
I'd love to but I don't really have the time for that right now. I think it'd get a bit more fps though.

optifine is need if you use PBR textures with compatible shaders
what are PBR Textures?
@@georgi_mitev Roughly speaking, these are textures that define volume and reflection.
And yes, what to add is that Optifine still works better with old video cards than Iris. At least on my 1050ti this is the result.
frame time graph will help you to know amd gpu's are still the same in minecraft.
