I have an 82 F100 that's just like this. Inline 6 3 on tree still runs like a champ, only thing is the shift collar is made out of cheap metal and will break if the shift levers bind. I haven't been able to find a replacement so I just made my own floor shifter and back on the road
I realized you're in washington, I am too! I got a truck similar to this, a 1981 ford f100, mine is the base model but it has power brakes and power steering, it also has the 300 and a 3 on the tree, only difference from yours is that mine is a long bed, its a bit beat up but I only paid 700$ for it running so I'm not complaining
I'm in Washington as well (Auburn). I just bought a 1981 F150, red, 4.9L, four speed, long bed with a canopy. Paid $600 to the original owner and all it needed was a fuel pump. Has a bit more rust than yours, and the seat and dash pad are in tough shape. But it drives like new and only has 98K miles on it. I'm working on the rust and interior stuff. It's a good cheap project.
I owned a 1981 F100 in the late 1980's. 300 6 cylinder 3 on the tree. Great truck.
I really like this bull! It’s in great shape & so simple.I wish mine was a manual.
It is a great rig! Since I have purchased it I’ve been dailying it!

Appreciate no headliner. Nothing to fall down. I have a base 1991 f150 4.9L. truck for working.
I like the no headliner too! Thanks for watching!
Very cool truck man. I feel like these short wheel base trucks are so hard to find
Thank you! I had been looking for over a year to find this exact truck and I finally found one 10 minutes from where I live!
I'm really surprised they made 3 on the tree on such a new truck, I need to find one of these
We have one, and people say that all the time. You have to realize these trucks are over 40 years old now.
They didn’t make a whole lot of them, but they are fun to drive!
My dad had a truck like this
awesome truck, rare to see the original non blue oval grille.did you end up using the grille guard?
I am a sucker for short bed bullnose F150 300 I 6 3 on the trees...
They are sweet trucks!
You got a sub from me my friend.
Thank you!
It's too bad these 3onthetree transmissions always clog up and fail. Make them practically unusable
