Once upon a time in 2013... Before going to work early in the morning (about six am) I opened twitter and clicked on a streaming link of something. It was this festival and they were showing the highlights of the day before. That was how I "accidentally" discovered this amazing band I love since them... thanks for posting ... Greetings from Brazil
Such a sleeper band that started playing in the wrong era.. possibly. This band probably wouldn't exist without the previous generations but when it was conceived it was almost at the wrong time. Such a shame. I absolutely love this band and hear such a discovered sound. How they didn't become absolutely rich and famous is due to technology and the way the music industry changed. I'll forever love this band.
The riff Alex plays at the beginning and end of the song is from “Push” by The Cure, from the album The Head On The Door. It almost sounds like Brian says “with your left on head”. I know I’m reaching here but....
@@steelad27 That is a great version, but something about them playing this version in E Standard instead of D Standard breathed some new life into it. It works so well in this key.
First saw these guys when they toured with Against Me! in 2014. Became a fan that night! Love great videos like this because I've missed out on a lot. Thanks for posting!
This might be the tightest TGA performance I've ever seen. And to think it was in my city! Ah just couldn't justify paying all that money just to go see TGA. Wasn't really into any of the other acts.
i hope they play all their concerts during the daytime. The idea that people who go to concerts wants bright spotlights shining in the eyes for 2 hours was a bad idea. Turn off the spotlights!!

Love the set. And also noticed the Werder Bremen scarf at 28:44. Nice.

Exactly nice observation here, they were really unfortunate with their timing
FINALLY! We finally get to hear the best live versions of Old White Lincoln and Blue Dahlia again 🙌🏼
love the rift from the cure push being put in there
You have made quarantine that much better with this upload!
I've been waiting literal years for someone to re-upload this on RUclips. Thank you.

This might be one of the best versions of Old White Lincoln ever. Need to figure out what lyrics snippet he throws in at the end there
Pretty sure someone said it was Dinosaur Jr lyrics but to what song, I have no idea
best version of old white lincoln is the glastonbury one. if you haven't seen it, check it out

One of the best of their live concerts. Governor's Ball is good too.
Amazing performance

Amazing concert! When was this? The reunion tour?
Please get back together as GTA soon!

3 extra picks and 20 pedals.
I'm seeing stuff about Led Zep in the description. Just me?
Yeah their walk out song is led zep so comes up in the description I believe
@@kidcracker16 Ahhh.
When was that concert?
Believe it was 2013
Dead audience. We here in Europe are way more enthusiastic.
What is wrong with audience ffs....
