I found packs of them in the south between the city and desert dome. I also find a lot of them on top of buildings. Their packmates will be hostile once tamed so set them to companion mode fast.

So what do you have to do to stop them from falling through the mesh? I've lost like 3 thru the mesh in companion mode.

I’m hopping mine isn’t gone, but it’s disappeared. It was loaded down and high level.

@yomama7654 I had the tracker on mine, I watch them fall further and further under the mesh. Eventually the whistle just deactivates as if dropped.

Dog not worth it. I have had one just disappear with gear and all on it. They die fast and the armors are not that good.
