Great footage, solid range test, good info!!!
I actually learned a lot. Battery overheating is a real issue. I have a significant spike in voltage on the return flight. The battery heat issue is not in the air 2 data.
Air2s range data is super important to its users. Batteries, flight management software and usability is tested. Every drone I fly is tested to maximum range “just once using a spotter” areas are chosen for their safety. Battery overheating and voltage spikes are a concern DJI may need to address. No other issues were learned. Thanks to all who concern themselves with the safe direction of the drone hobby, and lead this effort.

Really beautiful area, those single track motorcycle trails look like they are real fun trails. I should know I been riding and racing desert for 48 years. St. George is one the places im thinking of retiring to beautiful desert. I have a air2 and a mini with the air2 you can fly with in a few feet of a hill or rocks and get real sharp footage. Thanks for sharing.

Nice flight, depends on wind conditions sometimes. I flew mine over 22k, but with wind on the way back.

Great flight! Have you ever tried to use those range extender antennas. I have never been a fan but I ordered the Skyreat from amazon (and flew where I normally fly) with the antennas and do not get the interference that I experienced before. Either the antennas work or the interference disappeared on it's own!!
+Third Eye View don’t need them. The range is adequate in my opinion.
Nice video but we enjoy it even more if we could see the battery life and other telemetry on the screen it gives a better experience
Sorry to disappoint. This drone pretty much has a 1000foot shorter range than the air 2. There is also a voltage spike issue in the battery I tested. I flew all three batteries at least 3 or more times. Video strength was great. I use Airdata. Which gives me everything anyone would need in a test. Spelled: Liar? 🤥 ok ✅ you probably didn’t understand the video. I validated the range and quality. I have more than 1 video flying the air 2s. 5 years of DJI flying under my belt almost 600 videos. 2-300 livestreams. Sorry you didn’t understand. Here is something you may understand. The Air2S is a really great platform. Probably the most complete package. As far as range is concerned. It does not matter anymore with new quads. The good ones are solid for 3 miles. Thanks for watching
