Great video response. I'm glad you have taken the steps to clear up any confusion. Very responsible approach. This is quickly becoming my favorite channel. Very entertaining and informative.
Nice one again Dave... As a matter of fact the ntm 28-26 motors were first introduced by Justin "JUZ" (about 2 years back) and I had purchased a few and still have the originals running on my hoverthings flip fpv frame with 9" props and NOT ONE problem yet after more than 100 flights ;-) great motors and esp for the price! ! Also use the t motor 4006 series 700kv for heavy craft with gimbal and 10 to 12 props ;) only use and trust the getfpv 30a Simon K escs as well...never a bad one or a problem..
Yes, I worked on the audio, cleaned it up during post. I have a Tascam audio recorder and powered mic coming that we will be using for Episodes 3 and beyond, but Ep 2 will be like this, which is still far better that Ep 1. Cheers.
David. Its great to see someone put together videos like this and focus on quads and fpv. Flight test does a great job with all around rc aircraft but this is a big plus. We can read forums and brows products all day but to see and hear actual reviews is better. Thanks, look forward to more The sunnysky 2212 980kv is a great motor too for the 400. I had the f30a flashed ESCs then went to Afro. Very nice improvement
The ntm motors seem great, but they tend to become noisy quickly, cause those bearings are really low quality. I still use those in my LOS basher, but the sound of those on a fpv machine is awfull after a while. Well done on the video!
Dave, in your response piece you made a mistake with the name of the esc that you called 'blue"when the ones in the video are HK F series. The "blue series" have a transparent heat shrink with a dark blue label and are allegedly rebranded mystery esc's. They both use the same firmware upgrade, but that does vary, based on esc size
I upgraded my Emax 2218's with ceramic bearings Abec5 I think and after 100+ hours they are still smooth. Only thing is they cost as much as a couple of motors. LOL! Ya get what you pay for, my Plush 30's are very reliable as well it seems.
Ya, I hear ya. I upgraded some FM4008's with Boca ceramics and that cost me more than what some T-Motors would have cost in total, but I already had the 4008's. haha. I too have had nothing but good performance and reliability out of my Plush 18a's, 25's and 30a's.

Hey, Great video and I want to tell you that the audio sounds much better. Keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing ep 2.
