Went from 2-77 in a day before a work trip at ZMI. Then from 77-91 on that trip, it was about 2 weeks ~10k bloods a day. Have not touched rcing aside from a very few instances.
@Maxed_Nateeven more of a tip, you can choose to have the anti-drag always active without shift. Helps me out with just about everything when I click on something fast but it slightly drags it so it doesn’t consume or drop

Never do souls, always do bloods, because with nearly 99 agility you will still run of out run energy with souls. And there are more arguments for bloods against souls, like better profit and afkability.
time spent doing bloods is time spent not doing other things for money, crafting bloods aint gonna buy you a tbow, afk souls relatively the same, finish 99 rc quicker and move on.
Daeyalt essence mining is also a good indirect way of training runecraft. It's more or less a time wash but it allows more afk time in the form of reduced ZMI laps since daeyalt essence is afk.
Do not chisel when doing bloods with elite diary, because every single trip you will lose 1 blood rune if you chisel that one block on your way to the altar. Try it out, it might have not changed, so it still stands.
i managed to get 86 runecrafting last year for diary. you need to be in the right state of mind which i've not been able to replicate since.

Remember to use the shift anti-drag plugin, and put the chisel in the 24th slot

Go for it man! I hated rc too but when I did blood runes, that fat cash stack and afking made it a lot more bareable

Full outfit give 60% more runes so I would say ya but if you have low agility I would lean more towards graceful
