Bloody brilliant. Listened to it on my long run today. Loved Carmine’s message, was crying and smiling like an idiot when he played La Bamba. Carmine is my new spirit animal.
Carmine sounds like such a wonderful person! Because I do not drive I have been using public transport to get to start lines for many years. A couple of my favourite journeys have been taking a bus to Great Dunmow, running 11 miles to Cornish Hall End for a 9 mile trail race then running the 11 miles back to the bus stop and getting the overnight coach from London to Middlesbrough, run 14 miles to Brotton to do Marshall Drive parkrun
