Done with my external Daikin dual split, PERFECT. I did not need to remove the grill, there is only a screw to unwind and you can access it easly. Thanks !

Thanks! This gives me more confidence in cleaning my ac unit. I'll try to do it and put up a video. :)
Happy to serve you.
Just like some suggested, cover the electronic circuit board with plastic. If not you will end up penny wise pound foolish is you have to replace the circuit board. Otherwise a good video. 👍
Is the motor fan water proof?
Thanks for sharing that. It has saved me lots of money and I am surprised how easy it is to do. Good health and luck to you.
Clear, simple and concise, well done on a super video.

Can we use vacuum cleaner to blow the dust instead of water?
It depends on how much the coils are dirty.
If there's heavy matted soil accumulated on coils, then go for pressure washer cleaning else you may use a vacuum cleaner
@@lovepreet666 okay 👍
Very nicely shown how to do it n given the instuction as required. Keep up the good work
Thanks a million Dear

Thank you very much for your video...👍
thank you!
Excellent explanation. 👏👏👏
Well explained bro..Thank you ❤
Thanks very nice video
Should remove fan blade and cover fan motor. Or else you will risk that fan motor will go bad. Also electronic board needs to be covered and protected from water.
I was, also thinking the same
only pcb side should be covered , u can directly put water pipe onto the fan motor, if he cleaned wen in on without removing all covers with pressure water is also adivsable. take pressure water and hit it onto fan blades dan diss will disperse all water onto the coil . i do that & ac is still working from years ...... this cleaning process is only required wen this unit is not under rain fall (like under sun shade or any roof ) .. if it gets rain fall than this cleaning is also not required
What if I only pure water from the other side without opening covers?
@@tejashwibhaskar bhai msinr apns sc aise hi kia wash acchr se open krkr on nshi hua wo kahi motor mei to paani ni chala gya?

Excellent demonstration bro 👍
Nice !
Just 1 thing, there is no reason to take off the grill if you are about to remove the whole front panel
😅
Clean the grill, improve airflow, lower electricity costs through improved efficiency.
there are 2 screws behind the front grill for the front panel. So the grill has to be removed to remove the front panel
And if it hangs out of the 8th story building wall? Without real good access to it but the top?
Tank for tutorial. Continue to vloging. I'm new viewers and supporters. Gd bless
Thank you
Very nice no commentary..
Thank you for the video
Great job 👍
Didn't see the need to remove the grill when the front panel have to be removed

Why didn't you put plastic on the right electronic component chamber to make sure water does not get there... How do you find out that the Fan Motor is waterproof... I use Pressure Washer for my LG Window unit after removing electronic box & putting a plastic over the fan motor since the water pressure used is quite high... Do you recommend a pressure washer cleaning for outdoor unit in your setup...
Hi, I have confirmed from my manufactured that fan motor is water sealed (you check with your manufactured)
and I also use a pressure washer cleaner for outdoor and as well as the indoor unit it is Okay.
I've Daikin JTKM split, their flagship Inverter model as well which was bought last year around Diwali. Itshould have the same motor as well.. Will confirm though.. Never washed it since it was only used for ~20 days last year & I wrapped it hence it was pretty clean when I started using it... Can you make a video & provide tips for pressure washing both indoor & Outdoor units for your Daikin...
yes, sure I will make a video on pressure washing but it will take some time.
Appreciate it... Take your time... It will surely come handy in next season... In any case right now the temp is so much that preventive maintenance is the last thing anybody can think of... Right now its all about running the AC to cool down.. Just make sure you give many Do's & Don'ts while cleaning with a pressure washer since high water pressure can really damage the electronics & protecting the vital parts are very important especially in an inverter AC...
dude if the motor isn't sealed every time it rains and the ac is on you would get fucked... of course its sealed, wet air will go thru the fan
Good explanation
wao. Good Dear You save my money...
Is it safe to wet the motor that power the fan?, I just need to avoid wetting the board the one on the right.
Yes it is safe, Fan motor is waterproof.
thanks.

Bro your ac outdoor unite faced direct sunlight.there is any problems to face directl sunlight. Because I want to purchase and your condition is same for me
No it doesn't matter
Good
Surprised you only cleaned the inside of it and not the outside? Unless the water sprayed through all the way to the back of the unit that gets really dirty.
Thank you so much bro
