In short, at present I am in Offshore and I've got my 491 visa grant in July 2023 from SA. And in WA there is a higher possibility of getting a job for me in my field of experience. So my question is, do i need to stay in the SA itself in order to get the PR (191)? Can i move to other regional areas anywhere in Australia or not.
What will happen if there are any hidden or unknown law/ requirements is there, so that there will be a problem after 3 years whilst applying for the 191 PR?

Great video. I have already done ACS and as I had 70 points when I submitted in 2022..i guess both ACS and EOI expired. do I have to do ACS for the jobs that was not included in old ACS if I want to re-submit EOI?ur response is much appreciated🙏

I got my 491 through SA state nomination. However, i only get rejections from employers in SA and i have recently received offers in regional queensland and WA. I do not want to risk cancellation of my Visa.

Yes, you can do that. Skill assessment letter doesn't show up your current English scores.

Meaning: if after assessing your Resume, they think you have pathways for migration, then, that's when they invite you to a paid consultation - if they don't deem your experience suitable, then they won't send you that message. Agreed, I've sent them my resume and cover letter but received the following feedback. "Thank you for reaching out to Migration Affairs regarding your interest in obtaining advice on permanent residency options. We can review your circumstances and assess the migration options.
To begin the process, we would need to schedule an initial consultation with you. During this consultation, we will discuss your background, and goals, as well as any specific challenges or concerns you may have. The fee for the consultation is AUD250 which is payable before the consultation." Meaning need to pay first before knowing you are qualify or not. Hmmm.....no really free just to know qualify or not.

Also, she's already providing sufficient free information for everyone on these videos (not many migration agents do that) - you can even use this information to do your own research (which many people have done) without the need to engage an agent. Again, the initial assessment is free, but they're not going to provide 1:1 free private consultations for everyone - this is their job.
Hi i am applying for subclass 189 visa. My total points are 70 including 10 points of my positive assessment but i got 6 bands in ielts exam. What are the chances of mine to get the visa???
It will depend on your nominated occupation. If you are a registered nurse, it is very likely that you will get an invitation to apply for 189.
