Running your own business is SO much fun! I made a bunch of mistakes in my first business, but I don’t even feel bad about it because I really do enjoy having my own business and I take it as part of the process. Brokers use onboarding companies to vet carriers. These onboarding companies check your MC# with the DOT and if that MC# is registered to a known virtual address it will flag it as suspicious. Many double brokers use carrier MC# to get freight. They use virtual addresses to get these MC#. There is a place in WY that has over 200 MC# attached to it. My advice in transportation stay away from virtual addresses.

How about Chrome LLC? Look around you and the businesses you know. Does their name relate to what their business is? NO. Think about it, Publix would you know it was a supermarket based on the name? Amazon would you know what it was from it's name? NO! Follow the pattern

My business been inactive and I’m trying to go to the Secretary of State to change my business name. For a hair business wig business what code will fit my business. Also for a virtual address isn’t it the same as a physical address. When I started I register my business, I got a registered agent , a business address had to fill out a form 1583 but I never further it to get a business credit line.
