Now I am one who made the mistake of not getting a virtual address prior to getting my LLC. I was planning on doing it before I did my yearly report but missed the date. I am an independed contractor in trucking and plan on leveling up my business and get to tier 2 of business credit. In my industry does it really matter if I have a virtual office vs a virtual address that is a physical address?
Glad I found this video. It was helpful. Applied for the Amex business and got approved for 10k! I was definitely nervous about the revenue thing but you put my nerves at ease. Thanks a lot
Preciate all of the helpful advice bro just starting out forming a new co. Had an llc through a company years ago but I knew they didn't do it right, this time it will be done right !
I looked at opus reviews and it is absolutely horrible. I mean absolutely absolutely horrible. The horror stories of their customers are quite frightening. I have trusted and followed everything you said so far but this concerns me.
Opus may not be a good fit for you or others, service or price wise and that's ok. Opus is just an option I recommend you do your due diligence and go with a company that fits you. There are virtual addresses out there that are physical locations. I stated you run a greater risk of getting a street location or P.O. box which the banks can differentiate...
Great video Sir! You are a beast!! Thank you! 💪🏾💪🏾 However, when you fill out your LLC info, are you putting down your virtual office business address as a registered agent as well? Since someone is at the office during business hours, I figured it can be placed as your agent as well??
I live in Victorville CA, my virtual office is in Rancho Cucamongo CA, however where I live they require us to have a in city business license because we work from home as well. Should I get a business lic where my virtual office is located as well.
AWWW! I didnt know any of this. Is it easier to get a virtual office before establishing business relationships with banks? My business is new; i'd have to update IRS and sales tax office and that's it.
I don’t understand how you did miss the registered agent part in the LLC equation. Almost all LLCs are formed through some company and you always recommend one also. So the registered agents office is a real business address that is filed with the Secretary of State. Then why some one need another virtual address.
Good Evening.. I have a quick question.. if I use the virtual office space can I use it for two businesses or do I have to use it for one LLC at a time . But what I have to get two
Hi Lodnon you said virtual addresses are P.O Boxes, i kinda disagree with that b'coz virtual addresses also offer real physical street address, can you explain why you said that ?
@@Londondagans London, I think the question everyone wants to know the answer to is, when the virtual address is not a PO Box, rather it is in fact, a real address, is that sufficient? No one wants to spend $99 a month if the virtual address is a real address as well. Can the banks tell the difference when the virtual address is a real address?
What happens if a customer wants to meet at my office for a meeting and i only have a virtual office like you described. How does that look in person even tho it looks good on paper?
@@Londondagans okay, in cases where V.A is a real street and physical address bank has anyway of differentiating between V.O ? My point is if virtual address is real physical address and it only costs $10 monthly compare to $100 virtual office, why not choose the cheaper option that is virtual address, specially when bank and lenders can not differentiate between the two.
@@aminqsdid you ever find the answer to this question because I would like to know as well. When the virtual address is a real address but not actually an office how can the bank or lenders differentiate?
