Hi Betsy, I’ve been a missionary here in Alaska the last 15 years. And never had a house of my own. I am hoping to buy some property and build a house. But I wasn’t sure what I even wanted my house to look like. I would hope it looks like this and could be built like this. Would there be any possibility of sharing the blueprints or any advice as I Look into trying to build?
Definitely looks larger than 950 square feet. Beautiful home! Love the fact there is a garage, patio and nice size backyard. Front porch is nice! Everything about this property from the exterior masonry to the interior decor is beautiful! Great job!

I love the tiny house. I would love to live in a community of tiny house. I had to take disapply at 40 years because of a lung disease. When tiny house first came out the price seemed okay. Now someone like is priced out of this market. I love looking at the tiny house especially with the bedroom downstairs!
Tiny homes are too small for me. But a small home under 1000 sq ft.with attached garage is perfect. You want a large retirement home you can find them everywhere. We want compact. Builders are not interested in constructing small home communities. Townships, towns aren't talking about building stationary small homes. Don't need or want wheels.

A lot of them were cheaply built to solve a housing shortage right after World War Two, but it would be nice to see them come back and this floor plan is really nice
Planning ahead can really minimize taxes! I've made a smart reinvestments, especially with some great guidance from a pro for a half year now, and it's been a game changer. I was able to reinvest my RMD strategically, and I'm now pulling in about $25k a week, despite doing very little trading myself. It's a nice cushion against financial stress. Best of luck with your RMD decisions!

What an amazing house🌻It doesn't feel small at all, the high ceilings along with the finishing work make it feel quite luxurious. The front and back porch give you options to entertain or just relax. It's stylish and cozy and on one level with no stairs. It doesn't feel like a downgrade from a larger house. Great job Betsy !!!
What a warm and inviting home inside and out! You’ve done a wonderful job with 950 sq ft🥰🥰🥰. I had a “tiny house” before they were a thing when I was first married 32 years ago. We called it the house of porches as we added a 3 season porch out back and big aluminum awning in front with a patio and seating area. It may have been small but we loved it! I think it’s lovely how you also have so many nice remembrances of your husband too ❤️. Great job I hope you enjoy many happy years there!

No one is hardly living in 4000sq.ft. homes where we are only there on weekends, anynmore!. Children grow up and move away, attaining their own employment and condos. Downsizing is okay! It's a normal sized house not Tiny....the norm just a few decades ago. Mcmansions really screwed up people's perceptions.
