Sir, there is confusion about using passive infinitives with some of nouns and adjective. 1) the problem is easy to solve OR the problem is easy to be solved. 2) I have a house to furnish OR I have a house to be furnished. 3) metal is hard to digest OR Metal is hard to be digested. Please clarify if possible.
