Great looking Clod. and great video.
I've built a number of these, so let me share a few tips.
Thread-lock is essential on some of these parts. pretty much any metal screw going into threaded metal needs it.
If it's screwing into plastic, do NOT use thread lock. It will ruin the plastic, but otherwise it is necessary. Use blue, not red. Red is too strong and you will not be able to get it apart if you need to.
Two spots of importance are the bolts that hold the wheels on, and the tiny setscrews that hold the pin in the ball pivot of the CVD. Without thread lock those back out and you either lose or break the pin.
The-O-rings that hold the pins for the hex drive hubs dry rot and fall off sometimes. I prefer to just wrap the hub in a strip of electrical tape, with the end folded under to make it easy to peel off should you need to do repairs.
Even though you are running aluminum axle tubes, you still want to use the steel axle braces to protect the sides of the gearboxes from cracking. It can however be tricky to get the screw into the aluminum unless you have tiny fingers.
Steel pinions are a good investment in a stock Clod, a very good idea in a high power Clod. The aluminum ones in the kit wear very fast and will eventually damage the other gear they mesh with.
lastly, the Y-harness that splits the signal wire from the two ESCs to the receiver needs to have one of its red power leads removed. I don't fully understand why, but it's problematic if you don't.
I'm looking forward to the test run video. Keep up the good work!

Very nice build ! I have been looking for a bonkers rock racer / bouncer chassis for a clod build for ages.. this looks perfect. Looking forward to an action video to see how it performs. Liked + subscibed, keep up the good work !

I'm waiting impatiently for the first run video. I'm looking at doing an almost identical build. I used the same brushless setups in my black edition clod and they work great. Not too crazy on power but enough to make it fun to drive. Overall super nice build and looks like a quality product. Can't wait to see it running

Do the aluminum axle tubes have the extra hole already drilled for the axle mount to chassis location?.. considering a build like this any info will help thanks...

They had all the factory holes on them. They worked very well
