Can you do a video on how to install a servo reverser?

I have one and the diffs are notchy go in reverse in circles left and then right they will get smooth as silk 😮😎👍

They put a handle on the box for display lots of people just want them to collect them to put on the shelf 😮😅

Ive found the best way to install the transmission assembly back in is to roll it back and fourth while you push it in the slots and it will snap in pretty quickly. Great video man.

I have 1 for about 2 years so far . . I went with Dboots copperhead BB tires . . Size and weight make it a lot faster . . Ditched the dual servo for a single 70kg . . 990 carb and expansion exhaust really wke it up . . I use a DX5 . . DON'T FORGET A KILL SWITCH ! ! !

Yep spot on guys meant for racing. We have run 3 races with the guys so far it was a blast. Road course or oval no problem toy city carpet we are loving it. I agree it should have been clipless.

My only gripe about the UDR over my years of ownership is with the ESC. Specifically, after it does a firmware update. When I first bought the truck I could power it on and off via the power button on the ESC. After a firmware update - which was required to use the bluetooth module - I could no longer power the ESC off with the power button. After some research I found this was intentional, to keep people from turning the ESC off and leaving the batteries plugged in. This is fine on something like an XMaxx or E-Revo or something, but on a UDR that's an enormous pain in the ass. If you drive it in any kind of dirt, the battery door will jam. It is nearly impossible to remove it without a flathead screwdriver. This means you now need a tool to remove your battery door. Which is on the bottom of the truck... So yes. That means to turn the truck off, you have to turn a 15 pound truck over, use a tool to remove the battery door and then disconnect the batteries. That actually makes it a pain to drive. It's annoying beyond words and that alone means I drive this truck a lot less than I would otherwise.

My set up in the Bigfoot I built has the 370 motor and Transmission combo from Injora in it along with the high speed 9.7 :1 Ratio steel gears in it and on 3s,its way too fast!! Like, can't control how fast it goes. So it's only allowed to run 2s in it at 80c. If you put any 3s in it, without using speed curving on the transmitter, you'll do a sitting backflip even barely squeezing the trigger. I forgot to say what esc, it's the Injora MB100. And it is perfect for those that want stoppies and wheelies. These golden year monster trucks didn't do backflips and free style like today, and my build was to make a most realistic OG Bigfoot, and if you've seen it on my channel, you'd agree... Lol awesome vid though!!

ive had mine for 7 years. i have replaced the body 9 times lol so i now use fiberglass to reinforce teh body, i also have a tuned pipe and a new carb. think when i bought mine it was 500 bucks i do not play with it a lot i have a couple of smaller nitro cars and a couple of electric also. i rarely play with them anymore the upgraded engine iss best. goes like a bat out of hell now.but reinforce the body. easy to do,

Well I got one and it came with batteries charger no complaints the things and animal unless you're not a skilled driver if you're not a skilled driver you'll probably hate it

I have every 1rc car they have made plus the body lots for the others woth thoer own dedicated chassis and lotkr ect all ready to race 100 percent i love the usac silver crown asphalt and dirt mods and latemodels they are all awaome and handle a lottle different due to the way they are setup and made to habdle different and not all the same

Got this one a while back for $500usd. Maybe I’d feel different if I paid $700 but I don’t really agree with this initial review. I didn’t leave mine stock for long. I raised it and changed to a beefier servo. I’ve seen videos where people have changed out nearly everything and I still don’t like it. As far as I remember, I liked it out of the box. My tracks are mostly dirt and clay and a bit of grass and teeny bit of asphalt. Generally, the thing is absolutely perfect for $500. They usually has a sale that I’ll bring it down to 500 with the battery or two. Pretty sure this month August 2024 there is a sale going on. For that price it’s a beautiful starter vehicle. The only thing I haven’t tried it on a sand. And the only complain I can remember is it overheats real fast on 6s. So I added a few fans pretty early on. And it’s literally shovel the dirt into the chassis. It seems to me you guys only ran it on 6s, which is fun when you get the tires heated up on asphalt. But it’s strongest at 4s in the dirt. It’s less known for some weird reason that this thing will just run off of one 3s. I really don’t think many people review these for beginners. This is a very beautiful vehicle for a beginner. The extreme flexibility and battery options being able to focus on asphalt or dirt with some easy adjustments. Tinkering and general replacements is very easy. Digging into these 1/10 to change or replace a servo is not beginner friendly. Training mode is pretty fun, but generally, I would just suggest changing the batteries. Or Bluetooth if you are passing around a bunch of kids of different ages. I’m seeing a lot of people call this one a failure. But I highly disagree. I tend to pull this one out more often than most with a 4s to share around. Sure, if you know what you like you can specialize in that with a different model. But if you don’t have a clue, this is a good starting point, middle of the road. This thing will never be a 20 foot basher because it was never meant to be one. After a couple of these reviews, I kind of wonder why you guys don’t state your preferred style. Basher, drifter, ruck crawler, short course, …? This is why most of us have on average three different vehicles not one can do it all. But this one can introduce you to a lot of it.

Furitec python and ceder system and either traxxas 2 speed or meus 2 speed transmission fast as hell and you can still crawl when you want

I love the scale stuff but wish they had a 2wd version I feel like 4wd is just to easy and kinda takes the fun out of off road trucks. Just my opinion but it don't take much skill to drive these and I can keep up with 4wd with my 2wd on tracks just not as forgiving as the 4wd. I'd love to get one anyways though.

Seems you need more than 4800kv. There is a Spectrum 2in1 with 6000kv for around 90 bucks at Horizon. But yeah. You would have the same issue of not being able to configure your steering. Castle's Mamba X2 could do both and even go up to 3s speed wise. But the price is around 160 without transmitter. The thing is that personally I like it metal. So my truck will get very heavy and will need some extra power at some point. I still could not decide whether to go with 3s. 3s also requires better battery. GPM got a metal tray that can replace the ESC and battery trays with one long tray. So even a longer battery would fit in.
