Nobody can resist that sweet loot. It's just one of the most common things in videogames. Now excuse me while I check every burial urn in this dungeon. Even though some of them say: "empty".
I agree, there's something special about digging out those mouldy carrots from the bottom of a crate.
I'm checking every god damn crate and barrel in Baldur's Gate 3. That's a LOT of crates.

Yet, while Hamish the fruit vendor sleeps in a tent at the edge of town, Greg owns a nice hut, in the middle of a well travelled road nearby a blacksmith of all things.... He's also within viewing range of where the muggers are constantly seen mugging. Among Greg's loot, hidden between cloves of garlic, his most prized possession, the skull of Raúl.

I started a Baldur's Gate 3 run with a buddy who has to loot everything. And I mean everything. Every single crate, barrel, box, bag, pouch. Everything. And then they take the crates and the barrels and the pouches and stuff them all into their inventory. And they fill their followers' inventory. Then they stuff it all in camp. It took over two hours just to get him off the starter beach. Our first interaction with a trader took literally an hour.
Alan is so good at imitating Jaskier's mannerisms!
The only loot worth lusting for is…

I identify with him so much. If a game has an exciting story, and an awesome, rapid pace section comes around, I'll ruin it for myself by backtracking and visiting *every* *single* corner!

I always tried to get my kid to search for stuff; but he was always too focused on moving ahead and didn't understand why he struggled so much. Laughing my butt off now watching him play; it's like he's trying to create hidden areas to find loot.

While I love this compilation, I ALWAYS feel super bad for the older woman in the first Witcher skit, especially when Geralt starts taking her ring and bracelets off and she looks at Dandelion/Jaskier like “What’s happening? 😢”
That actress did her job extremely well, I instantly want to help her even though I know it’s not real and that Geralt would destroy me if I got in his way. 😅
Yeah I would absolutely hate witchers if Geralt did this to an old lady like her in my town.
I remember the Witcher video before that one. She didn't know it, but Geralt would have mated with that Bruxa and created half-witcher half-Bruxa monsters to terrorize her village if he could have. Ain't THAT a kick in the ass!

He provided a service that is hard to replicate. Can't feel to bad for her as she is not horribly killed by a monster. Especially since if you are dead none of the material stuff matters anyway.

Hamish is such a scene stealer which is crazy because everyone is already so good
jaskier is polish for buttercup, when the book was translated to english they changed it to dandelion because buttercup sounded too feminine

God when she asked what's happening in the first video I actually felt super sad ... It reminded me of my own grandmothers

Imagine playing a character that doesn't take random crap from friends just to sell it... even when it isn't marked as stealing! Like, if a guy says you can resupply from the armory, you just take the weapons and ammo you actually plan on using!

I swear I caught several VLDL references and easter eggs in the city in act 3 of Baldur's Game - a man walking past saying it's a nice day for fishing, a fella the spitting image of Hamish in a town square .. and BG3 is DEFINITELY a part of the "Gotta loot everything" club.

I just realized the Witcher is just Pinnochio with more monsters. Dandelion is Jiminy Cricket acting as Geralt's conscience, Vesemir is Gepeto, only wanting the best for his (non blood and who he created) son. Geralt is ,of course, Pinnochio, who yearns to have some sense of normalcy or to be real. Cool!
The witcher logic series is what introduced me to VLDL. Been a loyal subscriber, ever since. Watched all of the Epic NPC man videos, Bored, and all video game logic videos. Can't forget Baelin's route. You have done a spectacular job in creating these content. The script, the props, the acting. All of them spectacular. Good luck VLDL, and thank you for your content.
