- I review the Nike Metcon Turbo 2, a different take on the Nike Metcon fitness shoe with Nike Zoom cushioning and React sole. I wanted to find out what these are like to wear, own and ultimately whether the Metcon Turbo 2 are worth buying.
I will give you an honest review of the features of the Nike Zoom Metcon Turbo 2. I will talk about the design, comfort and construction and whether you should buy the Metcon Turbo 2 over the regular Nike Metcon 8 or the Reebok Nano x2.

What do you think of these Metcons?
Your review saved me money, in photos on Nike App they looks premium
Found them with 60% off and having owned metcons since the 4's I'd recomend them if you find them cheap. If not just use regular metcons.
The Metcon 4s were the best CrossFit/HIIT shoes ever.
Agreed the new ones seem to bulky and stiff

Decent all rounder but if you want to try something different if you haven't already I would recommend trying out some barefoot shoes. (Depending on what kind of workouts you do)
@@ListedFit thanks for the recommendation but my gym shoe acts as a light runner,…Treadmill,..maybe rope jumping. I have a pair of Nike Vapor 2% for outdoor runs. At 6’3”,..200 plus Ibs. very concerned w/ knee health.
I think you'd be just fine with the Metcon frees to be honest.
Nice review mate! been eyeing them for a while now…they’re priced a bit on the higher side 😅.. it’s just not a fair price tag i feel .. looks wise looks quite decent

I am currently training with the metcon 6 and I wanted to know if the metcon turbo zoom was more interesting in terms of cushioning, because I have somewhat fragile knees.

Hi @listedFit Thanks for your subjective anecdotal thoughts, but I was looking for actual performance observations instead of predictions of it not lasting for long (which i could do on my own by going to a Nike store) you can work out and use this shoe for jogs. I am looking for performance (not prediction) information, ill find a review that focuses on performance based experience instead of emotional assumption based projections elsewhere.

Reviewers are supposed to provide subjective anecdotal thoughts. They are not running an experiment using 10000 people, they just provide their experience
I have the metcon 8, and thinking to get this one since it is on sale (below $100), i was thinking that this was has thicker insole, good thing I watch this vid first. Thanks! 😂

Hy ! Metcon 6 is better than metcon 7,8 👎and metcon turbo !! I have all metcon but m6 is the best .

I just found them for $65 so I pulled the trigger.
So I just purchased these shoes, but I got them for $76. While the metcon 8’s are still $129. I believe I made the right choice, what do you think?
Where did you get it for that price?
I too paid $65 for a pair at Dicks. I only had a choice of a few colors so I ended up with the exact color pair he was holding in the video. Purple/Crimson

Metcon 4 was the top of the line, the Met 8 is more on a beach shoes tsktsk!
