Thank you Phayao !!!! I am very happy that you have found me also :-) one day for these two machines are not enough. To understand each machine you need a least a full week of understanding, Theory, and practice. This usually happens because either the school does not want to put too much effort in electro therapy, or the instructor is not self-assured about how do these machine work. Hi! I'm really happy I found your channel, I'm currently enrolled in school to become an esthitician and I've been trying to understand the Galvanic machine better so this has helped a lot, so thank you! With my current understanding, and now with your explanation, my question is if saponification occurs with a negative current regardless of products being used, or if it only really works if you use baking soda or salt? Again thank you, and I can't wait to watch more of your videos!
I am happy that you have found my channel , I do have another toutorial on iontophoresis, and one on disincrustation that will explain this machine more in detail. Please share these tutorials with other students. Maria

Hi Maria.I am using this galvanic treatment in my clinic.I need a thorough knowledge about this treatment and I found that your video is quite informative..Thanks.
Love your explanation, thank you!! Question for you- I purchased the same machine you showed. When in school our machine was different and we manually had to change the wires into the machine for + and -. On this new machine (the one you showed) there is a knob to turn to + and -. Do I need to change the wires into the machine for changing when I am positive and negative or just twist the knob? Thank you in advance!!
I am happy that you enjoyed this tutorial, I have another one on iontophoresis and another one on disincrustation. Let me know what you think. I have a new tutorial that I just uploaded it. Let me know what you think about this particular tutorial. ruclips.net/video/QDwWeI0EbTY/видео.html
Thanks alot maria , waited long for this kind of training video, I did my aesthetic course 10 years ago , but not well explained about it, sadly I sold my machine coz I was not able to use . I am from canada Mississauga ontario .
Hi dearMaria, I like your videos . I want to use galvanic to do skin tightening. My skin tonus is not so godany more. Do you have some advice for me. Thank you. Manuela
Hello Manuela, I would do several things one is galvanic will help, in conjunction I would do micro needling, some radio frequency, and I have all different videos for this but if you do facial muscle, exercising and intake liquid collagen. You will see phenomenal results. View this tutorial, and it will have links below it. Where are you from? ruclips.net/video/s6vBXcDViJo/видео.htmlsi=K_aP5AStQ0K3OuaZ
I recently purchased the Lyft and nuryish just love the finish and the way it works I've now ordered the project E lift galvanic just I seem to get more results with galvanic I have lots of other devices but I love galvanic

You are very welcome :-) I don’t think there’s going to be any problems, but I would advise you to ask a physician. It’s always good to have a physician assurance.

you explain all of this so well. thank you!! do you have a video that touches base on how to choose between HF, galvanic current, and micro current for your clients
@@AglaiaEstheticsTraining I’m still in school but I have a few clients that are struggling with acne. How do I choose between an argon HF treatment or a galavantic treatment
@@shawnahpatrick3296 I use high frequency at the end of the facial before moisturizing...it's good at killing bactetia..blue light therapy is good too...I've seen that a good glycolic/salicylic face wash and Scrub helps soften skin exfoliate and salicylic acid kills bacteria in the pore..then follow up with high frequency. Much success!❣👏
Hi Maria! This is a great video. I have learned so much from you, and I appreciate you always taking the time to respond. I learned this in school with Dermalogica however its been a long time since I did desincrustation. I wanted to know if it would be ok to use a peel 5%-30% lactic, or even a microcurrent after this treatment?
I'm sorry, I forgot to add dermaplaning. Could you do dermaplaning before the treatment instead of the scrub? Obviously, I won't be doing all of these treatments in one facial but, I would like to know would it just generally be too aggressive?
Very good question… when you do galvanic treatment there is a chemical reaction in the skin.. so it would be too irritating to do any form of acids. So I would rather do a mild scrub first and then galvanic treatment. It is very important that we treat the skin with respect. The more active procedures, the more the chances of causing damage to the skin barrier. I hope this makes sense. Thank you so much for your ongoing support Jennifer.
Thank you, I love acids so I had to ask:) I love that you are willing to agree to disagree with followers without getting into an argument, I respect it so much and it's honestly refreshing. I'm a licensed Esthetician and a licensed Electrologist, and a Sugaring and I perform dermaplaning. I understand what you mean with the growth obviously because, we are essentially just chopping the hair. The hair though doesn't change on the face unless it is caused hormonally so, it's usually vellus. If it was thicker and darker a permanent procedure would be required. I think it's important to really know the clients skin before doing this so, I never do it on a first time client. I love hair removal anyway possible so, this is just my opinion:)
@@meandjen thank you for your input, it is very important to respect people’s opinion and agree to disagree. If you have any other questions, do not hesitate in sending me a note. Maria.

Thank you for your support! This machine has been around and used by estheticians for decades so it is known that it works. I will have a series of tutorials for the next few weeks. Let me know if you have any questions.
I have dry skin and I heard that it helps moisturize it. I am 64 yrs. Will this help. which one is best. I have a myoLift and a nuface and I love them.
If you have dry skin, you need to look at also at your diet. Apply good products that have actual rejuvenating effects. Also add some oils to your repertoire and facial muscle exercising. Do not forget your neck :-)
Hi there! First time watcher and I subscribed! Thank you for breaking everything down so nicely. I was just wondering why avoid the thyroid area on the neck?
Thank you Britney for your support. I am happy that you are enjoying my tutorials, and remember to share with other aestheticians and friends and family. All electrical machines of all kinds should never be put on the thyroid gland because it is a very sensitive hormonal client and you do not want to cause any unbalancing. If you have any further questions do not hesitate in leaving me a message. Maria
Ok,so Maria, if you have done desincrustation first, would you use the positive pole to draw back out the saponified sebum? 🤔 I seem to remember we did this at beauty school, OR would you go right ahead with gel & iontophoresis? & would you still need to use the negative pole (anaphoresis) first? Or just positive ? Thank you. Xx
If someone has a lot of hard comedones you start with disincrustation which is negative on the face… than you do iontophoresis, positive on the face. I have 2 more tutorials on this subject, view them it will explain everything in detail. Maria
You are so sweet. I have a machine the second machine you showed. I got a training remodeling facial with biologic research. I love it. But I have the machine skin act I saw improvement on my skin. Just wondering if this machine does the same. Thank you very much.
Thank you so much for the video, it was very informative!! I'm wondering if I can mix a water base serum into the gel provided by the portable device? I am just wonder if that would be more effective in "pushing" the serum into the skin, or after using the device the absorption of the serum would still be high for the skin? Thank you.
Yes you can! The important part is that they must be either a gel or water base product. I am happy that you enjoyed the tutorial. I have another tutorial on iontophoresis and the other one on disincrustation. Take a moment to view them I am sure you will like them. Lots of love from Canada 🇨🇦 Maria
Hi , my name is Gena I’ve been doing skincare for about 25 years and I just bought a high frequency and galvanic machine the same as what you are showing. I wanted to ask you what products are best for using with the different treatments? Thanks and I enjoy your tutorials as they are very concise and full of great information!! 🙏
Nice to meet you, when you do galvanic, you must use water-based products and if you can find products that have ions that is the best. For the high frequency if you’re using for ageing purpose good night cream would be advisable. I have a free tutorials on galvanic that will explain everything in detail and to tutorials on high frequency. Enjoy
I’ve always been nervous about using the galvanic machine after a bad experience at school. What’s your opinion on the 4-1 steamers that have the galvanic and high frequency machines attached to the unit? Maybe I’m overthinking but would its close proximity to water in the steamer have any safety issues? Thank you.
You should not get any shocks maybe the machine was faulty. When you do galvanic or any electricity machines we should have no water around you. Hope this answers all your questions. Maria
Hello. I'm from Phiippines. I just want to ask, is it possible to do galvanic treatment for underarm whitening? Can we use whitening serum for it? For whitening the underam, is it in the Iontophoresis process? Your answer will be a big help. Hope to hear from you soon.
Hey there! Thanks for posting this video it's been very helpful! I had a quick question for you. I'm pregnant and I'm wondering if it's safe for me to preform this service as an esthetician as long as I don't get it done on myself? Thanks 😊
If you are doing the service you’ll be fine, but I will not get it done until your pregnancy is over. I have a new tutorial love for you to look at it. And this weekend I will have one on facial muscle exercising. Let me know what you think. Maria ruclips.net/video/ArjwkZGBpzk/видео.html
It is a very good service to implement it in a facial. But it must be done correctly and at the right stage in the treatment. If you have any questions, please let me know. I have just uploaded a new tutorial love for you to watch it and give me an input. Maria ruclips.net/video/Mage7RjZvcI/видео.html
Jasmine, You are correct! Also if you do baking soda compresses it will help. But you have to do it correctly otherwise could cause irritation and dehydration. Maria

Hello. First of all, Love your videos! I have some questions on the process. If I decided to do desincrustration and iontophoresis on 1 client. When doing iontophoresis itself , I’ll have to use negative phrop to stimulate skin first before positive phrop to infuse products into skin ? Or can I just use positive phrop for iontophoresis process after deincrustration process? If I do have to do both, does clients have to hold opposite phrop while doing negative to stimulate the skin ?
Thank you ☺️ if you decide to do both in a facial, first apply the disincruststion (negative on face) steam, extractions, then iontophoresis (positive on face) and of course the client must hold the opposite pole. Hope this answers your questions. Maria
Hi Maria very helpful videos ! Just a question please, if treatments (Desincrustation and Iontophoresis) are targetting different skin types, do you still use both on one client? Or you choose which treatment and go on using just 1 ? Thanks a lot for the helpful tips ! xx
Very good question. It all depends the skin type. I have three tutorials on galvanic, and it does explain in detail your question. Please read them all three and if you still have questions let me know. I also have uploaded another tutorial that I think you’ll like it.ruclips.net/video/VmbC2WUwtsg/видео.html

@@AglaiaEstheticsTraining thank you for your advise I was planning only 1 monthly has I think it would be enough but just was not sure plus other routines I have to fit in have to say my skin as improved greatly since taking proper advise and not rushing anything I keep a log of dates I do different treatment like microcurrent weekly derma roll I may cut this down to every 2 weeks now as yes definitely my skin is feeling firm and lovely and soft and plump all from taking advise from yourself and I do only ask professional people who are trained you have many years of expertise so I am well happy to take any advise from you with confidence knowing I'm doing correct procedures thank you Julie
@@julieannharris3478 thank you :-) Microderm abrasion basically is a great peel, it stimulates the collagen to, however, if you’re doing micro needling, that also stimulates the collagen and if you overstimulated the collagen, it will do the opposite. Micro needling I do have a tutorial that I will explain more in detail, but the frequency will depend on the length of your needle. So if you do micro needling once a month, that’s more than plenty unless you have a very short needle. Microderm, I would do it every couple of months but not in the summer. Microcurrent you can do it more frequently let’s say once or twice a week is good. What other treatments do you do? Keep in touch, remember to share this information with other people.Maria

Hi I was wondering, I have implants. I have used Nuskin galvanic spa for a few years... I did not experience any adverse effects. Is it different for this mentioned galvanic machine? Thank you.. does this include high frequency machine? If so i should avoid the area with implants? I’m using one now and it helps so much with my pimples!!!
Hello, If you are doing iontophoresis, using a gel product with ions to infuse. What is the point/benefits of infusing the gel into the skin? If you are doing desincrustation with baking soda, would you include it after you have cleansed, exfoliated, then wipe of basking soda solution, then steam and extract? Could I confirm that for both desincrustaion and Iontophoresis you use the negative pole first, but iontophoresis you then use the positive pole second? Would "anaphoresis" essentially be the same as the desincrustation setting just with different products on the skin? I'm struggling to understand the difference in relation to the settings used. Thank you
I know that it takes a little while to totally understand the galvanic machine. However, if you take a moment and view both the iontophoresis tutorial and disincruststion tutorial he will make sense to you.
Hi Maria, I found your channel by luck yesterday. I’ve been a Guinot trained beauty therapist and used the Hydradermie for a long time. I’ve now set up on my own and have bought the galvanic machine by Skinmate. A question, do I need to always do desincrustation before the Iontophoresis or would iontophoresis be enough? I know I should decide by my clients skin type. But I want to be sure I understand everything clearly before I start. Also can the Guinot gels work with Desincrustation when working with a Galvanic machine? Thank you

I am not a supporter of this procedure. I have a video to explain why.ruclips.net/video/fvJ5B63nvws/видео.html
Thank you, I love acids so I had to ask:)
I love that you are willing to agree to disagree with followers without getting into an argument, I respect it so much and it's honestly refreshing.
Maria.

Thank you Britney for your support. I am happy that you are enjoying my tutorials, and remember to share with other aestheticians and friends and family. All electrical machines of all kinds should never be put on the thyroid gland because it is a very sensitive hormonal client and you do not want to cause any unbalancing.
Maria

Maria

Hello,
If you are doing iontophoresis, using a gel product with ions to infuse.
