A little known fact about NYC is that all those illustrious Manhattanites are actually living at the bottom of the hole that was dug to build it. Matt Lauer moved out of NYC because they are planning to flood Manhattan out. There I go again with another little known fact about NYC.

I was born in New York Hospital in Manhattan. Home of the Fed. Home of the Central Bank. Its a great place to visit, but not a place to build and retain wealth. Manhattan has taught me well.

New York County (Manhattan) is not the most populated county in the US -- Kings County (Brooklyn) has a higher population, but neither are very large geographically. My guess would be LA County (or one of the SoCal counties), which are geographically very large.

Nah, I wouldn't go to Manhattan to live...I'd choose to go live in Detroit....lots of good vacant empty lots and land for metal detecting....it's the metal detecting capital of the U.S.A.....old silver and gold everywhere to be mined out...not to mention the Brass stockpiles bulldozed in the ground. Day time detecting and the ladies of the night (cheap) would suffice for a wealthy man like me.
