- I just couldn’t give Beat Saber the title of an absolute nightmare, sure it has those dastardly cubes but that wasn’t enough to content with how awesome this game is. I save the Absolute Nightmare label for VR games that commit some kind of crime, but not Beat Saber, it’s too perfect.

The mod I used to play the custom Beat Saber levels is called beat saver downloader by andruzzzhka, and the song loading is through another mod by someone named xyonico. You can go here to learn more: / discord
This thing looked like an absolute nightmare (hilarious) for making Beat Saber levels, but the levels you can download using the mod are quick and easy to set up.
How I managed to make a full length video out of Beat Saber VR I will never know, next month I will be reviewing another VR title (as you may have expected), but one is much more elaborate and will mean I will focus on machinima based comedy, rather that the live action comedy I had to resort to in this video.
This Beat Saber video was much closer to my Elite Dangerous video as in the jokes revolved around me, next week will be more like my Skyrim VR is a nightmare video, where the jokes revolve around machinima, VR jokes, and (hopefully) mods.

When ever I go on forums or talk to my friends it sounds like it’s just the norm for everyone to be on expert+ kinda like playing call of duty online with other people vs playing it with bots on recruit difficulty where it’s so easy it doesn’t count so I took that mentality and ran with it through out a vacation and about half a pandemic and I am finally starting to get a hold of expert plus!!! I full combo’d the entire first album and got A’s on every song I have in the game on expert and now this game is my cardio and I love it so much!

@@LemonyPep as somebody that can do do expert + he’s right, it’s quite a jump in pattern, coordination and speed, all those together make quite a difference
In other difficulties, the jump is like 4 to 5, expert to expert plus is like 5 to 9

If VR Headsets weren't that expensive, i would already own one...
It's getting cheaper. If you already have a computer with the horsepower to drive it, a full Oculus Rift setup is $400 US, sometimes less. Not exactly cheap, but a heck of a lot cheaper than VIVE and still a freaking amazing experience! I've had one for about 2 years and still use it almost daily, and miss it on the days when I don't.
If you didnt know, you can get one of the Windows Mixed Reality headsets for like 220-250 bucks. Mixed reality is a misleading term, they're just regular VR headsets.
Sevendogtags Yup. Ordered the Lenovo Explorer for $238 after hearing about it. Just about as good as the vive or rift.

John TFT The setup is gonna cost you a bit, but you'll use it daily and for so many games. Beat saber comes as an extra. I'd say save up if u can
