hey mate nice catches recently brought a revelry and trying to find a rod for it thinking of getting a td black or a tatula xt but not sure thinking tatula for price but is the td black worth it
In my opinion if I was going to get a rod I would go with the new TD black because if you’re using a revelry I would match it with a higher quality rod and the td black rods would last longer because the carbon that is used in the rod is higher quality you’re looking for good backbone on a rod I recommend the TD black because I’ve caught massive bream in structures and can manage to reel it out the blanks on the TD black has a X45X FULL SHIELD which is a external reinforce blank to increase the casting ability and the backbone of the rod. Normally higher end rods would contain this type of technology.
My opinion on the Airity is one of my favorite reels because it’s super smooth and super light. It definitely not better than the Daiwa exist but still. Really good real. And my opinion on the new Daiwa TD black was amazing it’s a good at soft plastic and hard body lures. And I really like the grip on the bottom

I recommend TD black for lure fishing and tatula xt for bait but it can also work for lures.
