    Moderate double under volume but in big chunks like this is definitely my kryptonite. Heavier snatches for me so scaled to 115, otherwise you’d be watching some nasty reps/fails. It’s interesting because the snatches are the crux for me so working up and down the pyramid you attack it based on that weakness. Like I took the first 150 double unders safe to save up for the snatches whereas the wall balls on the return were the part I split up an extra time to save myself for the snatches. Overall, a fun workout that I was wish I had attacked a little more. Give this one a go!

    Wow,du bist irre. Das wod is super. Ich kann allerdings keine double unders. Mache dann immer doppelte Anzahl an Single unter
