Smart people will not buy. Too far, average 29 min walk to MRT. Unless people want to be fit and save time exercising, walking daily back and forth to work, save you time to the gym! 😂

Today the unit at Flora drive has increased to 1200 psf whereas the LH unit is only 1350psf. If you are looking to make money, maybe Flora drive is not that bad after all
15 years ago is 2009, right smack in GFC....if you bought ANY other properties, HUAT until ~. 10 years ago 2014, i remember it was the peak when property were very ex. So actually i think the learning point here is buying when market is very bullish vs when it's depressed does make a big difference. 🙂

Bullshit! Treasure now supplies are much more than buyers especially 1 and 2 rooms units. In terms of locations, same as flora drive, not very convenient. In terms of of selling price, 20%-30% higher than flora drive.
