    Given The Poor and poorer performance of CCR projects
    I guess GOVT will soon come up with some relaxation,
    May be they allow EPs buy for lesser ABSD than current 60%
    May be 25%!
    Or allowing Only CCR areas 10% Absd
    Or reduce absd overall for 30% for Foreigners

    Went to see the2 bedroom. General comments:
    1. Kitchen is in the living room which was quite a shock to me.
    2. Master bedroom is a does not have an actual wall but has a sliding wall to open and close.
    Agent mentioned that they are getting quotations to see how much to put a wall but I was quite shocked that at this price point we dont even get a proper wall.
    Definitely quite taken aback.

    Hi Eric, following your youtube channel for a while. This weekend almost gave the iffer for cusacaden after hearing abt fire sale from my agent
    While OTW back home , watched your video on Cuscaden 😅 backed up our offer
    Agent still sending me abt so many units sold within a week
    Shall i get tempted to get 2+s unit with the current offer… so confused

Furthermore, should property developers adjust their strategies to focus on developing mass-market units akin to those in OCR and RCR, one might wonder if such a shift would alter investor sentiment towards CCR properties. Assuming all other factors remain constant, and considering the superior location of CCR properties, it is difficult to see why they would not be appealing to investors.

    hi Eric can I hv your advise, if can only buy resale cdo or Ec & only hv the budget at 1.6m & prefer to buy at East area ...may I know where & which development is good to buy. We see The Trilliant at Tampines is this EC still good to buy? is there still potential for capital appreciation?

    I wonder how the maintenance fee will be charge since < 1/3 have tenants. It not bear by developer not only already loose value but pay until siao.

    Foreigner ABSD, basically govt policy killed the developer and pressed down CCR prices. Not many locals will buy such locations anyway.
