how to wake up at 5am? tutorial pls
I have an upcoming video about it but in short:
1. Use the Alarmy app which forces you to get up by doing various activities like scanning a barcode, mental math, or physical activity to disable your alarm.
2. Make it as easy as possible to do -> prepare your clothes the night before
3. Have a why -> You need something that excites and motivates you to get out of your bed.
