I was gifted a phin filter and was having trouble using it, after a couple videos I'm confident to try again. Here in Brazil we make this egg cream by mixing the same amount of egg yolks and tablespoons of sugar. It's an old recipe we call gemada.
How many grams of coffee and how many ml of water do you use?

in VN, 20 garms of coffee get 40ml coffee,and we use coffee(70% robusta,30% arabaica)
