- On July 7th 2019, the King of New Comic Book Day stepped down from his throne without any warning. Jim Comics has decided to pursue a longtime goal of creating a six-issue comic book series that he will write and illustrate. Judging by the comments on his final video, he has everyone's support. Let's hope he'll check in with us from time to time with his progress.
For now, a quick tribute to my arch rival and friend.

I suggested he drop 3 unrelated comic background always confused me visually, he wouldn't budge! Good guy, wish him luck, now a vacuum, I'll call my lcs, see if they'll let me in Tuesdays to make a 10 minutes slash and dash preview, there's a big audience here for Jim's show, a big programming hole to fill.
