Yes it's possible. Several years now with wheeling trips to Utah, Colorado, Texas, Georgia and all my local stuff. Not a single issue. When I originally did the install, so people where saying it was going to smash my window. Well not yet. Thanks for watching.
It’s on the bed frame. If you don’t want to have the frame, you can stand the wheel straight up and down against the front of the bed. But, you will block the entire rear window. So be prepared for that.
@@ClassyTacos Just ordered the entire listed items on your description lol. My only worry is NRG Innovations Fender Washer Kit seems a bit light duty for such a heavy spare and strong strap. How has it been holding up?

Is your spare resting on your cab side molle panel or on that aluminum bed frame? I just wanna make sure if this will work without molle panel. TIA!
